17. She started the chain reaction of cars. If someone slammed into your car at 65 mph and you slammed into another car, would you be at fault? No, the person who started the chain reaction would be. It's not to say Brandy isn't a sweet person, but she has liability here, at least financially, to the sons of the deceased.

And she wasn't drunk, but she was reportedly upset over a breakup that just occurred with a boyfriend. It's a lesson to all of us. Just because we're not drunk doesn't mean we're always up for driving. If you're really upset over something, or sleepy, maybe not the best time to get on the freeway. People take driving too casually--I know I have at times, but this accident of Brandy's has scared me, because I know she didn't mean it, but it still happened. One unintended mistake changes lives forever. It's not a racial issue, it's a safety issue.

She hit the car,yes.....but the car that caused the ladies death was also going too fast, and not paying attention, that driver could have hit the breaks. However, we don't hear about that because that person wasn't a celeb.
Get your facts straight, but I guess you can't because you "read" about what happened instead of being there.

19. Lane Garrison was high and drunk driving underage kids around in his car, hit a tree and killed them! How is that the same as Brandys' accident? He should have plead guilty!

I don't know how it is in other states but in California, if someone rear ends my car and I hit the car in front of me, it's my fault because I was following the car too close!

20. Brandy is a very nice and compassionate girl who happened to get in an accident that anyone of us could have in L.A.

The party she attended was at FALCON hosted by T. K. Lemacks, one of the hottest club promoters in L. A. who has parties attended by the top VIP's, celebrities, and recording artists. This week was the first time Brandy has been out to a party since the accident.

22. BTW "stupid" If she hit someone in the rear and that car flew into someone's lane, how is it the other person's fault? It's not who hit who, it's who caused the accident. Brandy is clearly at fault. If she hadn't hit rearended that woman, she wouldn't have sent her flying into the path of that other person's car. Get it? Not that I think Brandi is a bad person, but it is clearly her fault.

And omg they are still investigating this because they dont know whether to charge her or the car she hit so yall cut it ouy! Dont try to kill brandy off cause she had a car accident as you can see in the video she is very sweet i wouldve just liked them to ask her about her career and what shes going to do this year THAT wouldve been news!
