Custody NOT Decided Today!

... And the saga continues.

In a brief statement to the press, Howard K. Stern revealed that court has adjourned for the day, without a decision as to the custody of Dannielynn.

Stern didn't clearly identify who threw the wrench into today's hearing, but insisted it wasn't him, saying, "If it were up to me, the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occured today."

However, Stern did mention that the transition of parenthood has already begun with Larry Birkhead, and says Dannielynn's biological dad has even taken on diaper duty. Stern added, "He's doing a great job."

Birkhead made a quick exit from the courthouse, telling reporters that he couldn't comment about what went on inside.

All three parties will be back in court one week from today.

33. Virgie needs to piss off!! Howard is sounding like he's changed alittle for the better, but this transition crap is for the birds, at her age, she will adapt without harm, stop putting off the inevitable.

34. Leave Howard alone! Let the transition happen and let the court sort it out. Larry is spending time with his baby and the custody change will happen soon enough. I hope and pray that Virgie is kicked out of the picture for good! She doesn't deserve anything....period!

35. I can not believe the BAHAMAS are so backward! I will never go there again. I am fed up with the delays and delays. Get this thing over with. 8 months of wrangling to find out who the dad is, 9 months to get an inquiry in a suspicious death case, 10 months to get someone EVICTED from a house they are squatting in and now longer to get this child in a stable home environment! They surely don't care about children and getting them in a safe home.

41. GO HOME VERGIE. There is no such thing as Grandparents Right in the US. The Supremes have ruled. I am sure if the Bahama Courts rule in the Bahamas, the US overturns their decision. US law will ultimately rule the day.

43. 24 Moonwind: Because HKS is still the legal guardian of the baby...is that so difficult to understand? Until guardianship is declared (different than declaring who the biological parent is) she will remain with Howard who is taking good care of her and allowing Larry 100% access to her. Why do you have a problem with understanding that?

44. Stern still wants to run the show, by dictating that Birkhead gets sole custody AND must keep Virgie away. I'm sure that this was presented to the court and they summarily dismissed Stern's motion. Period.

That's why BIRKHEAD AND VIRGIE speak tomorrow, WITHOUT Stern! Makes PERFECT SENSE!

45. LARRY, I THINK YOU ARE BEING SCREWED. VERGIE IS A B#@CH. I looked up Gardian for the states and it robs you of your rights. Go to "legal definitions" on the web. Pick "G" when you reach the sight. In the states she may have more power than you if she is the guardian. This may be why Stern stepped in. Please look up guardianship. PLEASE.
If you can't stop it, the minute you get Dannilynn to the states, contact a lawyer.
