708. Larry, don't ever put in writing that Virgie Arthur should get custody of Dannielynn in case of your death. Put in writing that your own mother will get custody. You owe Arthur nothing! She is just trying to figure out how she can make money with Splash Magazine over the next 18 years with access to that child in any way. ANS HATED that woman-she would NEVER have wanted to give her any type of access to that baby. Let the court case go forward so you can take permanent custody without any strings attached to that woman! No judge is EVER going to give HER custody over you, the natural father. While it is a pain to go through this court ordeal, in the long run it will be best. She will only get to see the baby IF you want her to. There is no doubt if she goes near that chld, she will be snapping pictures for her "family friend", Splash Magazine! Get all of the dirt you can acquire and head it to court with you.

Thing is Daniel came in that day from California, it's possible that he took it before he went to the Bahamas, it was pill form, they've been saying and showing Anna preferred liquid, and Methadone doesn't kill you instantly! There have been many cases of people dying from the recommended doses doctors prescribed!

Everyone keeps saying he (Howard) was there with a black bag, it's incorrect! Larry was the only one that said anything about a black bag and that was when Anna was in the hospital for supposed detox, there was never any mention by authorities of one when Anna or Daniel died, but there has been a mention of some one else in the room, not just them three when Daniel died

I truly thought along with most folks that you were concerned about your grandchildren.You said you loved Daniel and you saw I am sure him on Reality show-and it would of been simple as a police woman for you to have at least tried to obtain custody of your Grandson and gotten him out of the drug environment that you clearly said was why you and Anna did not get along.Now we fast forward and instead of just wanting to be a Grandmother you want money and joint custody .Anna may and probably was high as a kite but she pegged you correctly ! But,on the other hand I have to say I am very suprised HKS has finally came around , I am like Larry Birkhead I now feel sorry for him..(can't beleive I just said that.) No matter what we all think of him ... It was Anna Nicole herself who choose him.. She used him and ..I know he used her.
