Custody NOT Decided Today!

... And the saga continues.

In a brief statement to the press, Howard K. Stern revealed that court has adjourned for the day, without a decision as to the custody of Dannielynn.

Stern didn't clearly identify who threw the wrench into today's hearing, but insisted it wasn't him, saying, "If it were up to me, the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occured today."

However, Stern did mention that the transition of parenthood has already begun with Larry Birkhead, and says Dannielynn's biological dad has even taken on diaper duty. Stern added, "He's doing a great job."

Birkhead made a quick exit from the courthouse, telling reporters that he couldn't comment about what went on inside.

All three parties will be back in court one week from today.

67. 1) O'Quinn actually looked sober today.
2) O'Quinn is in a foreign country where he can't Practice Law.
3) He and Vergie are looking for a pay day.

The baby is fine, living in luxury, with her daddie and Uncle Howie. O'Quinn can delay all he wants, he and Vergie won't succeed. It'll just take time.

Look closely at what just happened.

Note:

Larry and Stern did NOT exit together.
Larry spoke NOTHING per the gag order, but note that he DID give a Thumbs Up.
Then, Stern emerges and speaks as though he thinks he's an attorney, speaking as though he's LARRY'S lawyer!!

Please.... Don't jump to conclusions about Virgie.

Look closely.

72. V$RG$E couldn't control Anna in life, so poor Dannielynn. Larry watch out...if she can't control you she will try to destroy you.
I'm sure the taxpayers in V$RG$ES Texas town will be thrilled with the bill they will get from her Attorneys after she loses her battles. Retired Police Officers usually get 'free' legal services. It may not cover all her expenses, but thanks to the taxpayers....she gets to vacation in the Bahamas a little while longer. And how often does she visit her child, and grandchilds grave?

73. Ok. HKS once again lies. A lawyer broke the gag order. Larry and Virgie's lawyers stood up before any action and said they both wanted another week to work this out. Once again hks puts his evil spin on things.
