Custody NOT Decided Today!

... And the saga continues.

In a brief statement to the press, Howard K. Stern revealed that court has adjourned for the day, without a decision as to the custody of Dannielynn.

Stern didn't clearly identify who threw the wrench into today's hearing, but insisted it wasn't him, saying, "If it were up to me, the formal order in terms of giving Larry full custody would have occured today."

However, Stern did mention that the transition of parenthood has already begun with Larry Birkhead, and says Dannielynn's biological dad has even taken on diaper duty. Stern added, "He's doing a great job."

Birkhead made a quick exit from the courthouse, telling reporters that he couldn't comment about what went on inside.

All three parties will be back in court one week from today.

76. Maybe, this week will be as part of the transition period we have heard about. Then Larry take your daughter and come home. California or Kentucky but, go where you can get to know your child. She will cry and fuss for those that have been taking care of her but, just have patience and she will come around. Babies feel the tenseness in their suroundings Just let her know you love her kiss her hug her and you'll get you both through it. There's nothing better then the love of your child. 78. What a bunch of crap as usual! Courts suck! Once Larry was proven to be the father he should have been given his baby. Why do they call it justice when there is none?????

79. I have not seen Virgie smile that much in I don't know when. She couldn't hardly wipe the smile off her face. Her two lawyers were all smiles too.
Why dosn't the Bahamian court just turn over custody to the baby's father???? I just felt when they got in there today Virgie might throw a monkey wrench into the case. If all sjhe really wanted was visitation it would have probably been settled today!!!

81. court tv stating Howard is making it out to be that there are problems with Virgie & Larry. When in fact Larry & Virgie stood before the judge and asked for another week to work out something between themselves....
So once again Howie is making it into something it is not!

82. This was not Larry or Stern's fault. The Bahamas wants this to drag out. Look at all the money they are making. They did not have to drag this out. Plus why did O'Quinn have to do down in the Bahamas. One more whole week. This is getting old.

85. Virgie is a complete money hungry B____! All she wants to do is get her hands on the money and baby to say "I got her Anna and there is Nothing you can do about it now!! Larry needs to take the baby and RUN!!! Howard needs to sue Vergie and her Texas lawyer!!! Larry and Howard are doing the right thing by Dannielynn and Vergie needs to step OUT of the picture!!! When Larry gets his daughter he needs to make sure Vergie NEVER gets her abusive hands on her!!!

87. From what I just heard on Court TV. Larry and Vergie worked out a deal, last night. And were all set to go to court today with that agreement. Then supposedly all the parties wanted more time to work between themselves. Supposedly all the parties asked for a week more, to come to an agreement.

89. I think Howard has that cute lil babys best interest at heart. He is gonna be crushed if Larry doesnt let Howard see her. Virgie needs to just go away. If anyone is in it for money its her forsure. You could tell she was possessed at Anna's funeral when she shoveled like 50 scoops of dirt on her grave then walked on it. What a pathetic waste of skin. Good luck Howard and Larry and lil Dannielynn. She looks like Anna and Larry.

90. After listening to John O'Quinn, it seems that an agreement will be made and an order to be written by one of the judges to signed by the Judge. At this time, this idiotic transition period will be complete and Larry can bring his little girl home. Once he gets where they will live, then he will have to register this Bahamian Order in the US Court that has jurisdiction. When does the inquest begin? I saw where Pro Pender is filing eviction papers today to force Howard out of the house.
