Court date set for next Friday, however, Larry and Virgie meet tomorrow and if they can work out all the "details" this can be settled out of court (without anymore hearings - just the formality) and everyone moves on?

96. STOP ! Court tv reporter asked to REMIND THAT OQUIN and the other texas attorney HATE HOWARD, SO I DON'T BELIEVE THEM. Howard has enough problems and I don't believe that he would have made such comments if they were FALSE.

And yes, Virgie's attorneys WERE TOO SMILY and Larry looked sober: SOMETHING WRONG IS GOING ON WITH THIS FAT PIG CAMP !

97. Update - Tom Pirtle (member of John O'Quinn's law firm) said he's not under gag order so he can discuss this custody hearing via Court TV and said:

The parties approached at the very beginning of the hearing and asked for another week to prepare their statement (more likely speaking of Larry and Virgie).

Pirtle said it was inappropriate for HKS to make an announcement such as implying Virgie is keeping this from moving forward, and it was another of HKS's attempts to use the media to his advantage.

98. I must say that for awhile I was in Virgie's corner when she wanted custody to get the baby from Howard K Stern but now I can totally see what Anna meant about her being a biotch. This woman needs to let that baby go to her father and stop looking at the dollar signs that goes along with the custody of the baby. I agree that she didn't do that well with Anna and she wants to get the baby for the money. This whole mess is stupid. Hang in there Howard and fight with Larry to help him to get sole custody so he can take his daughter home.

101. I have been one of Howard's biggest critics, IMO. But I have to say that I am quite proud of Howard for his actions in the last week. I know it must be hard for him to let go of everything that made up his world for the last decade. I recently lost my husband, two years ago, and it is a very difficult transition to have your life totally rearranged in an instant. I know some on here may say he asked for it. And maybe he did. But, it's very hard to let go. Not that I'm actually taking Howard's side. Larry is the daddy, and the baby needs to be with her dad. But I am proud of Howard for his actions in the last week. I picture him crying at night when he's alone. That's what I've been doing for the past two years. Proud of you Howard, I know it was a very hard step you took.

Thank you. Please forgive my tone in my other post. My problem is the fact that Howard is making announcements as if he had the right. I have no idea what the problems are, but HKS should be keeping out of it, not making press statements.

She will hold up the process of Dannilynn going to her Daddy because Vergi does not want to give up her 15 minutes of fame. This is just further proof that this piece of human excrement cares NOTHING about that baby as I and others have said all along. If she indeed truly wanted what is best for the baby, she would do all she could to expedite the custody to Larry and be content DL is with her daddy and just sit back and PLAY the part of grandma. Visit when possible, but not in control of that baby., that is the way it is with every REAL GRANDMOTHER. GO AWAY YOU OLD BAT!

105. I agree, Howard is not scared of Larry...Howard is scared of Virgie! Larry is a weak man so he should to proud that he has Virgie to fight for what truly belongs to DL. If virgie stepped back, Howard would do Larry in....NO DOUBT!!!
