"Idol" Reject Is Trying to Screw the Show

Paris Bennett votes for Sanjaya Malakar -- and she hopes it'll take down "American Idol."

Last season's petite powerhouse phoned into the "Tone E Fly Morning Show" in Minneapolis today, and called "Idol" "a joke," and said she and a few other contestants are using the Web site VotefortheWorst.com to screw with the results.

"We want to see him [Sanjaya] win because it'll kind of prove that 'American Idol' is kind of losing its taste," says Bennett, "it kinda isn't going for talent anymore and more for popularity."

At least she isn't bitter.

33. Paris, I never voted for you because you were so annoying! I just listened to your interview and I'm glad you lost. Wish you had been voted off sooner with that attitude. If you were competing this season, would you want people swaying the votes for Sanjaya? So why is it ok now? Loser!

34. Paris, do not blame American Idol for you loss. It was the American people who voted you off the show. Do not blame A.I. because you you have REJECTED by the recording industry.

I am VERY disappointed in you. And you think, I actually liked you.

Don't be a party to messing up someone's future because you are feeling liking a loser.

Maybe if you had MORE personality and not acted like a 60 year old woman, you would have had some success.

38. Sanjaya boosts ratings!!!! Period! And, this season truly needs him! But for those of you who actually believe that he'll win, you're wrong (IMHO). You see, the Producers of AI have full control over the results. Sure, America votes. But, who's to say the Top Brass at AI can's "make a change" at the last minute? I see Sanjaya getting all the way to the Final4 -- that's it. The ride will be over and the Final 3 (Blake, Jordin, and Melinda) will be left to close out the season.

40. Maybe Paris should hook up with fatty Chris Sligh and they can comfort each other that they didn't make the grade. They can dis the show and everyone in it together and make themselves feel better. Then they can say how they really didn't want to win, anyway (Sligh).

41. What's really ironic is that the biggest complainers would be "Nobody" without the show giving them their 15 minutes of fame. Whether you agree with the way the show is run or not, having no class would never get my vote! This goes for all the bad-mouthers who have been on the show.

I completely agree. American Idol is turning into a train wreak. America has so much talent, but the show does not reflect it. It hasn't for many seasons.
