"Idol" Reject Is Trying to Screw the Show

61. The truth is that entertainment is a total package. In this competition singing is part of it, but not all of it. Looks, personality, popularity are a huge part of it. I find it interesting that Simon keeps saying this season that it is a singing competition. If they were looking for singing only we wouldn't see the contestents, they would be behind a curtain and everyone knows that.

65. AI is one of the few shows you can watch as a family. Why do people want to ruin the show? Hey I don't like CSI, any of them, but I don't try and get it taken off the air. I just don't watch it. So to the people like Howard Stern, that want to ruin AI, and that silly web site, do something positive with all this energy your putting into destroying a TV show, and leave the viewing of it to those those of us with families who like it!

this guy has no right in music, had no right placing second. if people what to discredit this years version of Justin then they should denounce previous results.

ya this guy does not have a great set of pipes but there are moments, few and far between were you can see a glimmer of hope that with some real vocal coaching he could become a very entertaining stage show and a decent singer.

68. Don't worry Sanjaya won't win. But a lot of people are watching just to see if somehow he could. The rest of the cast is boring, even though he is by far the worst when he's gone is when most people will stop watching. Melinda is the best, hands down. This show is rigged anyway.

71. Paris Bennet was lucky to not get voted off before Kelly Pickler.
American Idol has always been a popularity contest, just like high school.
In most cases, the best singer has won. But they (Kelly, Carrie and Fantasia) simply had the best personalities too.
She is really gonna be sorry that she burned that bridge!

72. Paris had a very strange speaking voice. She reminded me of Butterfly McQueen, who played "Prissy" in Gone With The Wind. I could always picture her (Paris) running around crying...."I don't know nothin' about birthin' no babies". Also, Paris is just being a whiny crybaby because she was voted off. Paris.........go eat some more sour grapes and dry those lil tears. Waaaaaaaaah!!! Oh hell, who cares?? Go ahead and cry, Crybaby

Sanjaya is a young person just as yourself and it is not nice of you to say such bad things aout him. I am a grandmother and if your mother or grandmother read some of the things people are saying about you regarding your call to the radio station, then they will feel your hurt as well as they did when you were voted off AI. You are in the spotlight now and you HAVE to watch what YOU say. Sanjaya has not done anything to you to feel he is the worst singer on AI. Please remember when you had thought of giving up singing before you decided to aduition for AI. Please don't be a part of making this young man "give-up" also.
