she will have a part in Dannielynn's life. I feel Larry is too nice and Howard $tern

142. Hey Vergie, I don't understand why you want to play an active part in the life of your granddaughter when you weren't a part of her mother's life or her half brother's life for so many years. You see, 3 of MY grandparents have passed away but when they were alive, they were always a huge part of my life. I loved them with all my heart! The only remaining grandparent, my grandpa, remarried & moved away & never talks to us or sends holiday cards or birthday cards or anything. His new wife says that he has a new family now & I'm not his grandchild anymore. It has been 10 years since we have seen him or heard from him & I DON'T want to see him ever again! I think you are probably like him & you should stay away from Dannielynn & let her be happy with her dad. You were not nice to her mother & you didn't care about spending time with Daniel. Besides, if she's lucky like I used to be, she has other grandparents who REALLY care about her & won't abandon her. No child needs a grandparent who doesn't truly love them!

144. Tell you what. If the courts lean toward joint custody, I bet Stern's attorney will contest it and counter at that point. I'm sure Larry probably knows that too.

It wouldn't matter whether or not he'll win at this point, it will end up dragging it out even more and yet another delay and more court trials.

I hope Vergie doesn't fight for court ordered rights or she may find that it only served to delay and complicate the situation with Stern exercising his rights as legal father on the birth certificate to fight custody.

Howard should be made to have to stay in the Bahama's forever and be with those to dead people and never be able to leave since he said he would never leave them .Since he probably contributed to the death of both he should be locked up there .. 148. LISTEN to what Virgie has been saying for past ten years on TV interviews, etc. Virgie WANTED to save Anna's life by getting her off drugs and AWAY from controlling STERN.
Virgie's called, etc were stopped by STERN. STERN kept his vulnerable host seclued from those who LOVED her.

Vergi LOVED Anna - on TV Vergi BEGGED Anna to please get away from STERN and come to her because her life might end up like Dannie - Vergi KNEW and tried to save both Danniel and Anna.

So why should ANY man who had sexed up DRUGGED UP out of her mind Anna Nicole get rewarded with a $400 million account and an innocent baby who would benefit from real love and care of her grandmother and Anna's family?

Why should any man who has sex with a drugged up Anna be rewarded - instead of help accountable to law. REMEMBER - Anna left the USA to get away from Birkhead

149. #4: Couldn't agree more. That little girl did not choose that vile woman for a grandmother. I don't believe in grandparents rights, at all. Decisions like that belong with the parents. Anna had zero intention of allowing Arthur anywhere near that child. I believe she had very good reasons for that. Hopefully, Larry will make the right decision and keep Dannielynn far away from Arthur as Anna did. Larry has a lot of family and they seem to be good people. Those that don't have "Mommy Dearest" as their background of experience with children are the ones Dannielynn needs. That definitely rules out Arthur.

TMZ is spinning this as they do everything..Slamming Virgie with the Large ....I now know why HKS and I do not like the man is upset and I hope he does sue YMZ as they spin things to the point that we the stupid public help their case along..Virgie only wants to be assured she will have GRAMMA RIGHTS!
