Diane...if you are a mother, did you NEED anything in writing for your mother, or your child's paternal grandparents to allow them to have a role in your child's life...or as their parent did you determine, when, if, in what circumstances, etc, your children visited their grandparents? I have no such agreement with my in-laws or my parents. I sadly don't see a lot of them because of distance, and finances, but phone calls, pictures, and them visiting me have always been an option if they wished to have a relationship with my sons. But anything in writing? Nope. Never. I am the parent, the guardian, and I control when, where, and whom my children visit...its all at my discretion.

We affirm you will be out of there (sooner rather than later) and back in California under the protective auspices of our court system where nobody (other than yourself) has a right to touch your precious child. Until we know a big bird has landed at an airport back here, we'll keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers.

We're all proud of the courage you have demonstrated while "walking through the wilderness alone" as you have been a stellar figure for every biological father who might be confronted with a similar situation in our contemporary society.

191. Mr. O'Quinn et al will have to get a pay day out of it....how will they get paid if VA does not get custody? Mr. O only litigates big estate cases and it was clear from the beginning this had something to do with the Marshall estate which was dead in the water, the Marshall heirs claiming ANS received all she was going to from the estate, but was put back on track all the way to the US SUPREME COURT by this site's fans much reviled HKS. So in essence VA or LB or DL would have no Marshall fortune to look forward to without the work of HKS now would they???? But the reality is something has to get paid....in fact many someones will have to get paid and so VA will have to fight for custody now won't she??? To show good faith that the parties are not after the money? Allow an independent disinterested party to administer it as a proviso of custody plain and simple...

I defend Stern and I have no problem saying it. I don't think there's anything wrong with him or Larry. They both obviously cared for Anna and both of them had a very dysfunctional relationship with her.

They seem the same when it comes to Anna. No distinction at all except the media had to have a bad guy in this story and it was stern. Lots and Lots of ratings they got for it too.
