21. Virgie and Larry have already made their decision regarding custody. Today is just a formality for the courts sake. All Virgie wanted was to make sure that HKS didn't get Dannielynn. And that baby should be going home today with Larry. I can't believe that they are saying that a 7 month old needs 2-4 weeks to adjust to whomever is going to be caring for her. She is fine with leaving, it is the others that want to drag this out.

23. If Vergie becomes a bitch in all of this if I were Larry I'd be just as nasty and keep her away from the baby all together. Its his daughter they are not going to give her to her grandmother. After the nonsense she pulled before and durning the funeral she only cares about money and herself.

25. Neither birkhead or virgie deserve that baby. It's all about money. If you noticed birkhead's reaction to the dna news on tv he acted like he won the lottery. And John o'quinn only takes cases that involve lots and lots and lots of money. And he's after it all.

28. Of course she won't 'get in the way'! This was only ever a "back-up plan" to ensure that DannieLynn wouldn't remain in Stern's possession, should the DNA test not had turned out the way it did. Now, she will likely keep her "dog in the fight", in case the Bahamain courts drag their feet and take too much time pondering the questions, "what's in the baby's best interest because she's been with Stern so long", a totally lame excuse, IMO.

You'll see. Virgie just wants to be Grammie. She just wants not to have happen what Vickie did to her and the rest of her family - to be shut out because of the whims of a capricious and out-of-control, over-sexed, defiant, drugged-up teenager.

She may even feel as though she has something to prove to the world? After all the pain and heartache caused by her daughter, can you really blame her?

29. Why would Virgie want to take Larry's daughter away from him? Does she will want to take his daughter away from him like the drugs took Anna Nichole away from her? Larry will get full custody of his daughter. Virgie should be nice and Larry would let her be a grandmother. Good luck today Larry!

30. Anna Nicole didn't want Virgie to even see the baby. Larry should tell her to send birthday cards, gifts, notes and photos to her until she is older and can decide for herself. How many bets on the number of cards and little gifts the baby would receive from Virgie? --nada would be my guess.
does Virgie have other grandkids? How involved is she with them?
I hope Larry gets sole custody and enough money to keep the baby safe from intruders. He seems to have a supportive family who understand and like kids. With all the publicity, it will be challenging but love can conquer all.
