33. Get this case over with already!!!! I'm sick of hearing about it... I believe Larry should have custody of his daughter.... I also believe that Virgie should have Grand Parent visitation rights! I heard that the reason Daniel didn't contact Virgie his Grandmother was to feel loyal to his mom Anna Nicole.... I think that Danielynn has the right to know her grandmother, just like she has the right to know her real father....When Anna said all those things about Virgie, who know's how screwed up in the head she was at the time....I hope they don't mess that sweet baby girl up, before she even is old enough to formulate oppinions of her own!!!

34. This whole thing with the Horizons house is just plain crazy!!! I think I'll go down to the Bahamas and find a house to squat in. Looks like no one would be able to put me out for a VERY LONG TIME!!! None of this makes any sense! Stern has NO STANDING to be allowed to continue to live in that house! Anna Nicole is DEAD. There is no will that has been probated appointing Stern as Executor. Why does the Bahamas not put him out already!

And then Stern gets to say how long the transition period is before Larry can leave with Dannielynn.

Larry you better get your custody order and march over to Horizons and take your child home. SCREW STERNS TRANSITIONAL PERIOD!! Just a ploy on his part to buy more time in that house!!!!

GET A JOB STERN AND PAY YOUR OWN RENT!!! Anna isn't here anymore to buy your shoes!!!

"Large Form" of Virgie Arthur . Gee TMZ you are either afraid of L. Wood or working with him and Stern to continue your tiarade of defaming comments against her for no reason.

If it was Howard holding up the custody--which he still is now with his--"SLOW TRANSITION" or his "SQUATTING" in a house that isn't his-- would you say anything?

Coward (and Anna) is the reason this is all happening in the first place.

Nothing you can say will convince the normal and intelligent people that Virgie was correct in making claims in the event that Larry was not the dad. Anything to prevent Coward from hurting that child and keeping a child that was not his is to be commended.

39. I have defended Virgie's rights as a grandmother and from things said about her without proven fact. Now I cannot defend her, Stern is now going to let Larry have the baby without a fight but if Virgie starts making waves it could all change. Larry should make no deal with her at this point because he may get Stern started again. I feel that Larry would win in the long run but why cause the thing to drag out any further for the sake of Dannilynn. Virgie I ask you to back off and go home and when Larry gets home then I am sure he will let you visit your granddaughter enough is enough.

40. #14, coolray, your comments are wrong. Right after Tuesday's hearing, Virgie stood outside the courthouse with her attorney, and had her attorney announce that they wanted co-guardianship and that this is a common practice in the Bahamas, etc., Virgie has no right to this child. Just love and support Larry and the baby and be a grandma. She had her chance--she raised Anna, she raised Daniel for some years, and now it is Larry's turn to raise his own child.

42. IF Birkhead agrees to anytime of vistitaion with Virgie...................HE DAM WELL BETTER PUT IN WRITING THAT SHE IS NOT TO EXPLOIT THE BABY AND MAKE HER SIGN AN AGREEMENT NOT TO TAKE OR SELL PICS OF THE CHILD.

Larry needs to get his child, take her to Cali, finish up lose ends, then move to KY where he will be with his family and he and his family get to know this child anyway from the media ho's, news outlets, paparazzi, etc!!!!!!!

43. The weirdness goes on and on and on and on..... Well I'm hoping this is all finally over today. And Larry and dannie can just start there lives. I don't think Virgie will do anything stupid, she said she would'nt so lets just hope she ment it. Unless she's going forward with the whole taking the bodies back to the states thing, then that lady is on the bad list again. Do you all think Larry will be able to get Dannie today????

44. This woman $$$$$$ is not a fit person to have anything other than a once or twice a year supervised visit with this child. Howard K. STERN SHOULD get to see her some...he has kept her safe for all this time. Please at least honor Anna's wishes regarding this child....She knew more about this woman $$$$$ than she ever told.
