Will Virgie Get in Larry's Way? Today's Custody Fight Looms

121. ok.now maybe someone can answer this question. Has anyone heard why the courts in the Bahamas have the right to decide who has custody of the baby. When all involved are U.S. citizens. And it looks like Stern is the only one who plans on staying there and Larry is planning on coming home to the U.S.
Doesn't it bother anyone else that another country is telling people who are U.S. citizens and not citizens of that country who can raise the baby?

123. Larry should be careful about entering into any visitation agreement. He certainly isn't entering into one with his own parents. NO contract, arrangement, in writing, deal should ever be made. He should clearly state to Virgie that she has the SAME right to visit, nurture, grandparent, DL that his folks have....at his discretion, when he allows, IF he allows. If he puts ANYTHING into writing it opens him up in the USA for her to regularly take him to court to expand on these "rights" he's given her. He will be unable to stop her since he will have already set a precident by acknowledging she has visitation "rights" in previous written agreements. Its a slippery slope and VA is a snake....she won't let this go...it will always be her trying to get more if LB gives even a little. Rule of thumb should be, if he doesn't feel the need to enter such a deal with his own parents then he shouldn't enter such a deal with VA.

124. Vergie should stay the hell away from Dannylynn she obviusley screwed anna's head up to a certon degree why should she get a chance to do it again to another pour innocent child. She should stop getting in everyones way, and just let Larry raise his doughter the way he see's fit. That pour kid has enough to deal with when she starts to understand what is all going on in her life let alone all the bs vergie would put in her head about her mother. Somebody please cut that old hagg a check so she wont mess up Dannylynn the way she did to pour anna

126. I would like to see Mrs. vVrgie Arthur get partial custody, although I do not know how this could or would be worked out. LB appears to be a very nice guy and his family also seems very nice, but.....I do feel that any man who has unprotected sex with a woman who has to have drugs to function leaves much to be desired about that man. I do not disregard human nature and understand that lust for someone can undermine everything else, but in this regard, it does show a lack of character on LB's part. Although, LB does appear to be very naive and innocent, surely he must have known that Anna could get pregnant and I feel he should have thought about this before becoming intimate with her, as I feel every man should think about this and think about who the partner is and what kind of lifestyle they live. I feel these issues are pertinent to the custody hearing and under all the circumstances that this case presents, I feel that Mrs. Virgie Arthur has a good case for partial custody of her grandchild. Under any other circumstances, I would agree that the natural father should have full custody, but this is not a normal custody hearing and I fully realize that HKS makes LB look like a saint, but there is much to be considered with this case.

127. What the hell is with all the Larry is Weak crap???

He fought his ASS off for this baby in other states and another country where he wasn't sure he could even have a DNA test taken! And AFTER Anna told everyone and their mothers that Larry was NOT the bio dad... he still fought it!

He's so completely the opposite of weak- maybe you all just need a dictionary and thesaurus before you post-- now that's something I'd send you money for!

128. Virgie doesn't have any RIGHTS to the baby. While the parent is raising the child, he makes decisions who he allows to be with the her. There's no ENTITLEMENT here. And frankly, I really believe that Larry ought to at least somewhat be very cautious before allowing Virgie to be a part of that child's life. He's frankly disregarding Anna's wishes to allow Virgie access to their baby. After all, he knows NOTHING about Virgie. Anna Nicole has a lifetime of experience with that woman and didn't want her to have anything to do with Dannielynn to protect her. Larry's not even stopping to really find out what Virgie's about & why Anna took such a strong stand against Virgie before he's allowing her to have access to their baby. I mean, all those feelings were about something. And here's a question. Virgie has other grandchildren. How much of a part of THEIR life is she? She didn't even care to attend Daniel's funeral. And I still think she is DESPICABLE to not respect Anna's final wishes to where she wanted to be buried.....Who cares if Virgie thought Anna & Daniel should've been buried in Texas. Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas. Didn't her wishes matter at all to Virgie? And for her to try to even move Daniel's body back to Texas when she knew better to even DARE try that while Anna was alive. What some people don't realize is sharing some blood doesn't mean that people love & treat each other the way they should. Some mothers & grandmothers are loving kind blessings for life. But there are some who are hateful, abusive, & detrimental. Virgie showed no respect for her daughter and is doing all the things after Anna's death that she KNOWS Anna NEVER would've allowed during her life. Anna buried her son in the Bahamas. Virgie didn't even attend the funeral. But after Anna died wanted his body moved to Texas. Anna bought her own plot for burial next to her son. But Virgie, after Anna died tried to insert HER OWN wishes and have her moved to Texas by her. Someone who she deliberately isolated herself from in her life. Anna said she NEVER wanted Virgie to have anything to do with Dannielynn.....And Virgie never tried to see Dannielynn while Anna was still alive......But of course, after Anna's dead........there's good old disrespectful Virgie. She's DESPICABLE!!!! I like Larry but really think he should at least take the time to find out why Anna had such strong objections before he lets this woman have access to Dannielynn. If he allows her "rights" to visitation....he might severely regret it.

130. Why wont this lady leave the baby alone?? Oh I remember because she thinks she is going to get paid!! What makes her think she has more power than the dad??Once the baby comes back to the states they have to go by are laws !! I think that larrys parent should step in if she dont back off and also fight for custody.. they have more right to do so than mommy freegin dearest!!!

131. Everyone thinks Dannielynn is worth millions. Well, don't count on the Marshall estate case for money. Everyone here has a better chance of winning the lotto than Dannielynn getting any money from the Marshall case.

I hope someone in the Bahamas has taken the time to investigate the background of $irgi$...It has been posted on some of these sites but I can't find it..It's like a family tree and tells about the birth of her FIRST child maybe someone knows where that can be found....That should convience anyone she is not fit.......................
