17. I am not a fan of hers, I don't believe you guys should be casting stones on her just because she's divorcing Paul... Let it be.... give her a break... you have overlooked her charitable work even prior to being amrried to Paul. I think she does a great job dancing for charity.

cancer and suffered tremendously. If you don't like her, change the channel.
I give her high marks for the attempt. Regardless of her personal business with Paul, I give her credit as well as the other contestants for putting it out there and exposing themselves

22. I myself REFUSE to continue watching Dancing With The Stars this season specifically because of Heather Mills. It absolutely disgusts me to listen to her talk about how hard it is to "Dance" because of her disability, and how she had to take a "short" trip and BAM she had a new leg so she could do the freakin Jive, but ohhh poor Heather couldn't wear heels with this new leg.

My husband lost his leg in a military explosives accident 20 years ago, and the government paper work, doctor appointments, etc. that he has to go through just to get a leg so he can walk correctly is absolutely unbelievable and we are supposed to sympathize with this bitch??? I don't think so....maybe the next time the judges decide to give her an excellent score because of her disability, they should take 1 point off for every member of the military that will come home this month that will have to wait for the government to approve their prosthetic limb so they can dance with their husbands and wives on their anniversary!!!!!

Heather Mills is to be applauded for overcoming adversities (loss of leg due to a reckless motorcyclist plowing into her), permitting herself to psychologically heal (rather than crawl into a corner), and (now) after much of the public has attempted to destroy her due to a failed marriage between herself and Paul McCartney she has shown tremendous courage by stepping out in extreme vulnerability as a (first time) representative of those who might otherwise be considered "handicapped" to compete on "Dancing with the Stars". She's done an impressive job along with Jonathan's perfect choreography on both of their behalf. I'm impressed with the love, respect, and compassion he has demonstrated by undertaking this fete.

Paul McCartney sent her a bouquet of flowers from himself and their daughter on her first show so how much could he possibly "hate" her? We as Americans are becoming as vile as the British in gossiping about everything and everybody. Everyone who has spit vile towards her in America should be ashamed of themselves. We do not know what occurred behind closed doors and only know that we LOVED The Beatles (they were definitely a part of my generation)!

A woman who typed on these blogs as to the "injustice" of those on "Dancing with the Stars" who permitted her to wear (appropriately) sneakers for that one dance number while a RAPPER (who appeared to have two intact natural legs) was criticized for repeatedly wearing (inappropriately) -- makes one wonder? I've noticed that most who go onto "Dancing with the Stars" actually enjoy the SOPHISTICATION involved by wearing a certain type of attired, learning to hold and carry their bodies a certain way, so I ask - "Where is Master P. today"? Maybe he should have shown more enthusiasm and worn the correct dance shoes--I'm certain he held a spot on "Dancing with the Stars" that many are coveting today!

Go Heather -- don't listen to all the trashing gossips!

24. #16, that was totally uncalled for, that's something I wouldn't even wish for my worst enemy. What a horrible thing to say.

I am not Heather Mills fan but have to say she dances very well. But in defense to the other dancers, if they fell, they would have gottne much lower scores. She slipped & lost her footing, it happens. But she still recieved all 9's. That is not fair to the others, score the dancers fairly not favor just 1 because of their disablitly. Just my opinion.

perform on this kind of an entertainment program! If she can
dance that is GREAT!!! GO TO A DANCE CLUB! Who said she is doing a

No one is asking anyone you to sympathize with her. If anything she is showing people that there is hope! Sorry you don't feel that way. I suppose what she is doing is more for the "Young Minds" (children) as they haven't learned to have so much hate in their hearts.

I have read how hard & difficult it is for families of loved ones who have lost their leg(s) or arm(s) to get their paperwork in for them to have prosthetic limb. The govt doesn't care because it's not them going thru the challenges of everyday life of those who were severely injured @ war. Incredible post!

It's too bad how some are so wrapped up in the daily gossip of Britney, ANS, Heather Mills (Dancing with the Stars), AI, etc ... they forget what really is happening in our World today (our Troops losing their lives in a war that shouldn't have been started) & most importantly the VT shooting. Sad, sad day!
