Mo' Problems -- Biggie's Family Sues Again

Biggie Smalls The family of murdered rapper Christopher Wallace aka Notorious B.I.G., has filed another wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Los Angeles in connection with Biggie's death ... this time in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The lawsuit, filed yesterday and obtained by TMZ, is in addition to the one filed in federal court years ago, however, the new complaint involves state-related claims. The lawsuit also names two former police officers as co-defendants.

Wallace's widow, singer Faith Evans, along with his mother and two children, are suing for unspecified general, compensatory and punitive damages.

Wallace was brutally shot and killed in 1997 after a party in Los Angeles. His murder has not been solved. The lawsuit alleges that two police officers were involved in the fatal shooting, which was described in the lawsuit as "very efficient, organized and professional."

Calls to attorneys representing Wallace's family were not immediately returned.

It's nice to live in bubbles. While Faith may have another child by another man, she still has Biggie's child. Wherefore, she is entitled to do right by that child. Furthermore, whether you live in Atlanta or not, doesn't quite make you an official on the matter of Faith and Biggie...or, I'm sorry, you live right next to her and you two are best buds...come off of it.

And Michelle, some ppl may not know that choice until it's too late. I too was sheltered and one sided as yourself, as I went to college and chose another life, however, it was expected, and ALL I knew. All they may have known was what was on the streets they grew up, therefore, it wasn't much of a choice more than it was a learned behavior. A pack of wolves don't choose to be birds, if all they know to be are wolves...

Thank God I am able to look on both sides of the coin!

27. Faith moved to L.A. after her drug bust and before her last 2 CDs came out in 2005. She still lives there now.

Faith had a new baby last month with her husband -- she was on bedrest before that. If the baby is crack-addicted, we should know by now.

According to Ms. Wallace's book "Biggie", she and Faith bought the mother of Biggie's daughter, Jan, a home next to Ms. Wallace with some of the estate. Jan got remarried. Then Jan and Ms. Wallace fell out because Jan refuses to get a job.

Diddy still owns Biggie's publishing.

All of this information can be verified through books, newspapers, and magazine interviews.

30. Yes anyone can be murdered, as the shootings at VT shows. However, what are the odds of being indiscrimately killed by a rogue gunman with anger issues while at college? 200 million to 1? 300 million?
Now let's look at the odds if you're a rapper who lives a life of crime, as the vast majority do.
