As I remember, this man's family already sued the LA police, and was given an award of $1 million, despite NO direct evidence of any police involvement (which, in my book, is a TERRIBLE precident, as I believe it encourages more legal money grabs like this). As I understand it, the supposed problem was a rivalry with that scumbag drug dealer who ran death row records, Suge Knight; they should be suing him instead. What's the matter, did they burn through the money already? Sounds like they've found the gravy train, and don't want to let go of it...

Our court system is already overloaded with legitimate court cases, and we allow this ridiculous action? This guy was a "gangsta thug". He wanted to be a tough guy, and, for a while, everyone thought he was. You know what? Live by the sword, die by the sword. Time for his family to give up their money grab, and get on with their lives.

39. First of all, Biggie was NOT as good a performer as Tupac was. NO ONE will ever be, as a matter of fact. Who really cares that he's gone? Tupac's murder has not been solved, but do you see his mother going out and suing everyone in Las Vegas where he got shot? No, you don't. Because Afeni Shakur has more class than that. She's letting her son's memory live on in the music he made, even though a lot of people don't agree with it, not forcing people to remember him because of money. They need to LEAVE IT ALONE.

I would really like to see that, because all the evidence makes it quite clear that O.J. the butcher murdered her out of jealously. Remember now he had beaten the crap out of her on more than one occasion, which IS documented by police reports. So, where can I find the police reports that show one iota of evidence that she dealt, or even used drugs. These gangster rappers have police records as long as my arm. 44. Right, alleged. Obviously the defense wanted to put a seed of doubt about it into the minds of jurors. Doesn't mean it happened. She was never convicted, nor even charged, with any drug use. And the article doesn't say Kalo would have even said she did drugs. Only that they wanted to ASK. This only shows me that they wanted to find some way to discredit her, which is pathetic in and of itself. She hardly lived the same lifestyle as a rapper with a criminal record. I'm not saying Biggie's family shouldn't be able to sue, of course they should, but why would anyone want to glorify that lifestyle? Biggie and Tupac, who I actually believe was quite talented, died in large part because of the type of people they associated with. I see no similarities between them and a mother of 2 with no criminal record sitting at home minding her own business when she's slaughtered. And please don't tell me you aren't bright enough to know that O.J. Simpson is a murderer.

45. I respect his mom for doing whatever she can to get justice for her son. Whom ever is responsible for killing Biggie will be judged accordingly. If the shoe was on your foot you would want the Law pushed to the limit!! Regardless of Biggie's background, he was still someone's child, and father. He was a icon in the Rap Game. He made music people still rock to. For those who made comments and never even heard his music, keep your comments to yourself. Christopher Wallace was not a gang member, yes he stoled drugs in his teenage years to survive in the streets of Brooklyn, but when he went to LA on that fateful night he was a Rap Artist The Notorious B.I.G. His family deserves closure, and the person responsible should be in jail, not walking the streets as if nothing happen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
