Larry BirkheadIf you believe the tabloids, Larry Birkhead is a deadbeat, IRS-defrauding, shoplifting, child-abandoning, secretly gay man who parties 'til the wee hours of the morning with beautiful women, impregnating some of them. A slew of tabloid stories have been adorning supermarket checkout lines this week, and we've learned Birkhead has had enough.

TMZ has confirmed that Birkhead hired ferocious celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to sue some of the tabs for defamation of character.

We're told Birkhead has told Singer that a few tabs have lashed out at him because he sealed a deal with OK! magazine to publish the first pics of daddy with Dannielynn. OK! paid dearly for those pics and the money is going into a trust account for the baby.

Bliss, are you making the statement as FACT that
Mrs. Virgie Arthur is now drinking, living a dysfunctional life
and mentally ill? Where are you getting this information?
Can you document those statements?

I don't believe a word of what you said. I think you just made
up a slanderous bunch of statements so you could bash
someone when you don't know a thing about them or about
their life. There is absolutely no basis for that, and it is
totally untrue.

You should be ashamed. How old are you, by the way, 13?

Well he obviously is a fool as he is being sued for slander by Howard and rightly so. Actions speak louder than words as they say. Bearing that in mind, Virgie is one self-centered, nasty piece of work.

Good on Larry for sueing the mags, they are making money of of him so why not. Its about time they were taken to task for destroying someones reputation.

I always knew you were that baby's daddy, it was obvious to me, she looks just like you.

I danced on the same stage with ANS back in the early 90's in Houston at GiGi's caberet. She was a sweet girl who was caught up in pursuing a dream of stardom which took her to horrible places because she thought it didn't matter what vehicle she took to get there. Unfortunately the ends DO NOT justify the means.

PLEASE take that baby somewhere away from the limelight to raise her. Hollywood is nothing but a black hole that sucks people's souls out. (I know, its where I came from and I have had my own share of 15 minutes of fame and media misrepresentation of facts.)

God put you here to save that little girl's life. Forget the money ... it's a pipe dream that destroyed Anna .... she never got a dime for all her efforts and probably you won't either. Take her somewhere safe and do what you say you will do. Tell her good things about her mother but keep her safe from the same fate.

Well, Howard might be suing John O'Quinn, but I think it
is a little soon for you to say "rightfully so".

I am concerned about every aspect of this situation. I thought
Larry was taking the child to be with his family in Kentucky,
but when Nancy Grace asked his sister that tonight she said
well, he had other things to take care of, I am assuming in
California.

I am feeling a little leery about this child's life, but there is nothing
anybody can do. Anna didn't want Larry in the baby's life, and
toward the end she told someone she wanted to get away from
Howard and said Howard was a monster. She was on drugs
and was hanging out in a gay bar with them and with a drug
doctor. Now what? Will drugs be involved around the baby?
Will weird people be hanging out all the time where she lives?
I find it all very depressing.

Howard and Larry are big buddies now, and they have both sold
pictures of the baby. I see the pictures of Larry and the baby,
him looking like a pinup, without a shirt, and I don't want to be
critical, but it just doesn't seem like appropriate pictures unless
he were modeling cologne or Levi's and not holding a baby.

If he's not going to Kentucky to be with his family, I guess he has
a nanny to care for the baby, because he has to work, unless
the magazine paid him a bundle, and I am sure they did. I think
Larry really cares about the baby, but he has a social life and
other things are involved.

I get the feeling that Howard and Larry have big plans for the
Marshall money, and the baby is the key. Anna, whether we
respect her choices and her lifestyle or not, was used
disgracefully, being filmed by ET, and in other ways.

More than anything we have wanted the baby to be safe.
But all things considered it doesn't look too favorable.

1536. Howard took many, many pictures of D-lynn while he still had her and he sold them to ET, etc. I hope Larry can get every thing straightened out. I hope it isn't Howard who is trying to make Larry look bad now. Howard is a very cagey person. I wouldn't trust him with a 10 foot pole.
