Larry BirkheadIf you believe the tabloids, Larry Birkhead is a deadbeat, IRS-defrauding, shoplifting, child-abandoning, secretly gay man who parties 'til the wee hours of the morning with beautiful women, impregnating some of them. A slew of tabloid stories have been adorning supermarket checkout lines this week, and we've learned Birkhead has had enough.

TMZ has confirmed that Birkhead hired ferocious celebrity lawyer Marty Singer to sue some of the tabs for defamation of character.

We're told Birkhead has told Singer that a few tabs have lashed out at him because he sealed a deal with OK! magazine to publish the first pics of daddy with Dannielynn. OK! paid dearly for those pics and the money is going into a trust account for the baby.

45. One of the first tabloid slandering sites he needs to sue is this site > www.annanicoleandhowardkstern.com
Just yesterday a member from there pulled a picture of Larry off of a site and sent to Perez Hiltons blog, the girl goes by online screen name Butterfly. She also directly calls Larry a liar on the myspace she stole the picture off of. The above mentioned web site has numerous posts of Larry being defamed and I ham happy to say I have copied and saved everysingle one of them, TMZ h has my email, contact them to get a hold of me, I also have site owners full name and place of residence if needed! Oh and dont forget to sue Perez hilton for his newest gay bahsing of Larry, check out his site, you will see what I mean.
