Lets Get This Party Started
Britney to Family - It's All Your Fault!

Britney Spears is blaming her family for plunging her into the downward spiral that landed her in rehab – the same family that nurtured her back to where she is now.

Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, tells Page Six that his daughter is pointing the finger at her parents for "where she is at today with her kids and career," and that she "was out of control" when she went on the crotch-baring, head-shaving rampage that ended with her going into the Promises facility. Britney bizarrely screams back that her dad doesn't "know how to accept a real woman's love," and claims that she and her dad have "never had a good relationship."

What's more, Brit says that she was "embarrassed" about going to rehab, and according to a friend quoted by the Post, blames her head-shaving on a show of "solidarity" with her aunt's death from cancer.

Elisabeth Begs Rosie – "Please Come Back!"

Based on their on-air verbal fistifcuffs, you might think that Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Rosie O'Donnell hate each other, but amazingly enough, Elisabeth is begging Rosie to come back for another year. She tells the Los Angeles Times that she tells Rosie every day that she "better be here" for more sparring around the Hot Topics table after her contract ends this summer. Rosie, of course, hasn't revealed her intentions, but says she'll announce what she's doing on June 13 after a family vote.

Meanwhile, her former colleagues, Star Jones and Meredith Vieira, are sticking up for her, saying that she can handle things perfectly well on her own – and Vieira's not sure that she would be able to handle herself as well as Elisabeth does. Hasselbeck, for her part, isn't a scared little lamb – she's got a sign in her dressing room that says, "Everyone is entitled to my opinion."

Sanjaya Goes to Washington

Sanjaya Malakar is taking his fame to the nation's capital, where he'll be attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner as the guest of People magazine. He's been making the rounds of talk shows and various media appearances since his ousting from "American Idol" Wednesday night. Meanwhile, various music industry sources give the hair-tacular wonder little chance of making it in the music biz or on Broadway, saying he just doesn't have the pipes. The next best option? Hosting some kind of kids show or playing "the wacky foreign exchange student," says one industry vet. Regardless, Sanjaya knows what's up: "The money will come," he says.

"Apprentice" Vixen to Pose for Playboy

Donald Trump's new employee won't be the only surprise coming out of this season's "Apprentice." TMZ has learned exclusively that ousted contestant Kristine Lefebvre will be on the cover of the June issue of Playboy, featured in a steamy photo spread. (Lefebvre is married to celeb chef Ludovic Lefebvre, as we reported before.) Ironically, Kristine has previously negotiated Playboy spreads for a number of her high profile law clients, and it seems, has created "a very savvy and potentially lucrative" deal for herself. Although we hear she looks "healthy" in the much anticipated photo spread, Lefebvre is a cancer survivor and our sources tell us she wants to use her "reign" to send her message of support to other survivors and those battling cancer. Ludovic, we're told, loves the pics.

Party Favors: Paris Gets Blunt with Crooner? ... Pitt Feels "Burn" with Coen Brothers

Paris Hilton hooked up with singer James Blunt, who recently broke up with supermodel Petra Nemcova, Wednesday night at hotspot Teddy's in L.A., say Rush & Molloy. "They were all over each other," says a source. ... Brad Pitt has signed on to star with George Clooney in the Coen brothers' black comedy "Burn After Reading," about a CIA agent who loses the disc of a book he's writing.

31. I have a young daughter who just celebrated 16 months of sobriety, thank god, and I can tell you this is the attitude of someone not willing to accept they own responsibility. It is typical addict behavior to blame everyone else and until she takes the responsibility for her actions she will not stay sober. Lindsey Lohan is in the same boat with her comments about I am not sure i am an addict.

32. Oops, sorry, I missed typing the word future at the end of the second paragraph of my post.

33. LET ME REPEAT THIS:

BRITNEY'S MOTHER SHOULD HAVE JUST SWALLOWED HER INSTEAD. SHE IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, A PURE AND SIMPLE WASTE OF HUMAN SKIN!!!!

THANK YOU!

34. Here we go again...

So, little britney wants to blame everyone & anyone for her past actions, eh? It sounds to me like she's gone insane; she's acting bizarre again, the same sort of bizarre behavior that caused everyone to want her to go to rehab in the first place. She's defiinitely not learned anything from rehab; all evidence to the contrary. Moreover, she needs to realize that everyone's problems are their own; she's sounding incredibly childish for a woman in her 20's (she sounds more like she's 14 years old). No one forced her to marry that dude for 58 hours or marry that loser fed-ex (she insisted on it) or drink like a lush, or party with that loser bitch pair-ASS hilton, or party hop like it's going out of style, or expose her privates to the world, or throw up from too much booze all over her car, or lose her career (what a pitiful, laughable career it was) or gain 30 pounds or get tattoos or shave her head or alienate everyone in her family & her life, or go to rehab & leave twice, or finish rehab & immediately start hanging out in bars again, or jumping from man to man like a psychologically damaged piece of white trash. She's fallen back into the habit of making really bad choices; now she's trying to blame everyone but herself for her decisions. The way she's going, she'll be drinking real soon.

Britney, GROW UP. Stop trying to blame everyone else for your decisions (yes, THEY'RE YOUR DECISIONS; YOU MADE THEM, YOU LIVE WITH THEM). Accept what you did, take the blame for making your life into a train wreck and move on. Otherwise, you will be a drunk again, like you were before. Stop trying to use crutches (drinking), stop trying to blame everyone for what you decided to do, be an adult and GROW UP. And, spend some time with your kids every now & then. I think they'd like to see their mom.

35. I agree with Fed Up. It's easier to blame everyone else than to take a good hard look at yourself.

Britney may be an adult ... but she is mentally the same age as her kids. Grow up.

36. BRITNEY CHOSE TO BE AN ENTERTAINER- I GUESS YOU COULD NOT HANDLE THE FAME AND RESPONSIBILITIES. WE HAVE A SOCIETY WHERE PEOPLE REFUSE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN ACTIONS AND KIDS ARE GROWING UP WITH THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY ARE ENTITLED TO EVERYTHING WITHOUT WORKING FOR IT. NO ONE IS ENTITLED TO ANYTHING. YOU EARN IT.

BRITNEY NEEDS TO BOND WITH HER KIDS AND WORK TO TURN HER LIFE AROUND- NOT WORK ON PRODUCING A NEW CD. AT THIS POINT AND TIME - NO ONE CARES.

GROW UP AND LEARN TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICES. EVERY ACTION HAS ITS CONSEQUENCES.

38. Britney is once again acting like a selfish girl. Her family and management were right putting her ass in rehab..whats her excuse for doing drugs and alcohol and going around pantyless all the while her kids are at home being babysat by someone in her staff. Britney here is a piece of advice for you: Grow up, and listen to your folks they are right by doing what they did , show them some respect and thank them for saving your life. get your act together.

41. Wasn't this same article about Britney here last week only the name PARIS was used instead of the name FAMILY? Makes the entire story look unbelievable which it probably was all along no doubt.

42. How dare she disrepect her Father. I believe she said once how much her parents sacrificed so she could become a star. But then again she has never sacrificed anything for her kids so I guess she doesn't get what it is to be a parent. She doesn't seem to be able to take responsibility for anything she does, its always someone else's fault.

43. I suspect Sanjaya will be sucessfull to the point that Simon will wish he'd been a tad less brutal.

44. Take responsibility for your own actions, Brit. You had a taste of freedom from Kevin, now concentrate on you children first then your career
