Lets Get This Party Started
Britney to Family - It's All Your Fault!

Britney Spears is blaming her family for plunging her into the downward spiral that landed her in rehab – the same family that nurtured her back to where she is now.

Brit's dad, Jamie Spears, tells Page Six that his daughter is pointing the finger at her parents for "where she is at today with her kids and career," and that she "was out of control" when she went on the crotch-baring, head-shaving rampage that ended with her going into the Promises facility. Britney bizarrely screams back that her dad doesn't "know how to accept a real woman's love," and claims that she and her dad have "never had a good relationship."

What's more, Brit says that she was "embarrassed" about going to rehab, and according to a friend quoted by the Post, blames her head-shaving on a show of "solidarity" with her aunt's death from cancer.

Elisabeth Begs Rosie – "Please Come Back!"

Based on their on-air verbal fistifcuffs, you might think that Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Rosie O'Donnell hate each other, but amazingly enough, Elisabeth is begging Rosie to come back for another year. She tells the Los Angeles Times that she tells Rosie every day that she "better be here" for more sparring around the Hot Topics table after her contract ends this summer. Rosie, of course, hasn't revealed her intentions, but says she'll announce what she's doing on June 13 after a family vote.

Meanwhile, her former colleagues, Star Jones and Meredith Vieira, are sticking up for her, saying that she can handle things perfectly well on her own – and Vieira's not sure that she would be able to handle herself as well as Elisabeth does. Hasselbeck, for her part, isn't a scared little lamb – she's got a sign in her dressing room that says, "Everyone is entitled to my opinion."

Sanjaya Goes to Washington

Sanjaya Malakar is taking his fame to the nation's capital, where he'll be attending the White House Correspondents' Dinner as the guest of People magazine. He's been making the rounds of talk shows and various media appearances since his ousting from "American Idol" Wednesday night. Meanwhile, various music industry sources give the hair-tacular wonder little chance of making it in the music biz or on Broadway, saying he just doesn't have the pipes. The next best option? Hosting some kind of kids show or playing "the wacky foreign exchange student," says one industry vet. Regardless, Sanjaya knows what's up: "The money will come," he says.

"Apprentice" Vixen to Pose for Playboy

Donald Trump's new employee won't be the only surprise coming out of this season's "Apprentice." TMZ has learned exclusively that ousted contestant Kristine Lefebvre will be on the cover of the June issue of Playboy, featured in a steamy photo spread. (Lefebvre is married to celeb chef Ludovic Lefebvre, as we reported before.) Ironically, Kristine has previously negotiated Playboy spreads for a number of her high profile law clients, and it seems, has created "a very savvy and potentially lucrative" deal for herself. Although we hear she looks "healthy" in the much anticipated photo spread, Lefebvre is a cancer survivor and our sources tell us she wants to use her "reign" to send her message of support to other survivors and those battling cancer. Ludovic, we're told, loves the pics.

Party Favors: Paris Gets Blunt with Crooner? ... Pitt Feels "Burn" with Coen Brothers

Paris Hilton hooked up with singer James Blunt, who recently broke up with supermodel Petra Nemcova, Wednesday night at hotspot Teddy's in L.A., say Rush & Molloy. "They were all over each other," says a source. ... Brad Pitt has signed on to star with George Clooney in the Coen brothers' black comedy "Burn After Reading," about a CIA agent who loses the disc of a book he's writing.

46. sorry angel, you are the crazy one. She is out doing movies and shoots for st john's. Why is it wrong for Spears but not St. Jolie? Your St Jolie blames her actions on her father, she is older than Spears, isn't she? Her mother died, she went for Pax, took a non english speaking child and dropped him off at the day care. She has 4 movies lined up, Pitt has three. You tell me when they will have time. They will have jet lag from all the traveling.

47. So what's she doing wrong? She's merely a product of young America where everyone is always blaming someone else. She's doing nothing out of the ordinary.

As a superstar, she's gotten used to everyone taking blame and kissing her ass. She's never been taught to take responsibility because she's always been able to pay some to take it for her.

I shouted out, Who killed the Kennedy's but after all it was you and me...

48. Poor little Britney. I thought rehab makes you take responsibility for your own actions and not to blame others for your mistakes. Granted her parents are not angels. She was the bread winner for that family, her parents lived vicariously, and lavishly through her. Even if she had said she wanted to perform, they should have made her wait until she was old enough, graduated from school, and proved that she was responsible for herself. They could have been the one that told the managers how they wanted her image to be portrayed, and not sent her out into the world to show her but at 16 years old. They are to blame for her lost child hood, but now it is up to her to get things straightened out. Maybe if she had finished school, she would have known how babies are made, and been a little more responsible. As for K-Fed. Her first clue should have been when he walked out on his child and pregnant wife. I bet shes having a big LAUGH. Hey Britney, DUH.......

49. Thank God I did not grown up during Britney Spears' time. It seems to send everybody into a fit, when her name comes up. She seems like nothing to me - one or two good songs and then nothing, unless you count being in the mickey mouse club. Maybe that's it - you posters were looking at the mousketeers and you are still in that time warp. Yall should get a grip - the girl isn't that special.

50. Sanjaya had to go. He is not an American Idol. He doesnt hold a candle to any of the present or past stars. Rest assured Sanjaya fans his 15 minutes may turn into a half hour.

52. Oh Britney, You poor pathetic shaven from head to toe whore. You are a loser.......You will NEVER see the type of Sallow Fame you had experienced in the past....Time to go pick out a double wide and learn a thing or two about the real life......Close your legs, flies are dropping out of the sky......Learn how to chew gum...........Just get out of OUR lives, our eyes......Just go away.................You skanky whore.....................

53. Rosie should come back but no offence Elisabeth you need to go and a real conservative with the ability to debate should replace you. You are a very sweet girl, but no match for Rosie. She needs someone to really call her out on the carpet and put her in her place. Now that would be worth TV watching.

54. If William Hung can make money with cd's, video's, and appearances, I'm sure Sanjaya can make some money also. I wish him good luck.

56. To #15...

She had post-partum depression??LOL! When I had my baby 4 and a half months ago, I had post-partum depression. I was sad, staying home always and not leaving my couch and thinking my baby was hating me... Since when post-partum depression = firing your manager, blaming everybody for your own actions, shave your head, have fun and party almost 7 nights a week, keep appearing in public and all she does??

Post-partum depression my as$.

58. Well, it seems appropriate that King George and Queen Sajaya are finally meeting...adding up thier collectives IQ's= 2. What could be nicer 2 of the biggest idiots getting together...maybe Sanjaya can prepare a balanced bugdet and stop the WAR.
That goodness America knows when to dethrone the Queen Now if we could just dethrone the KING...Things would be alot better.

59. That "Apprentice" babes last name sounds familiar. Is she related to the hot blonde teacher who went on a "boinking rampage" with her 13 yr. old student and his cousin? One can only hope!

60. Not all people suffer post partem depression the same way. Good luck to Britney Spears, She can do it if the media lets her. George Clooney does not need to ride Pitt's coat tails, I believe its the other way around.
