31. Prime example of what is wrong with our legal system - allowing a drunk driver to drive again so soon after getting caught, REGARDLESS of who the drunk driver is. Should be a mandatory 1 year suspension for the first offense, 5 years for the 2nd, then permanent revocation if there are any more offenses.

42. I don't know why TMZ and the other blogs are so determined to keep cramming her down our throats. She's so over. She's not hot, she's not talented, she's not smart and she's diseased. She adds nothing to the world with her existence. Her music sucks, her movies suck. She can't even design dog clothes that are worth owning. Has anyone seen that garish mess Little Lily put her name on? It is really amazing that she's so desperate for attention that she's attempting to make dogs dress like sluts.

43. I wonder if the suspension on Hilton's license was "lifted" because of the original time limit on it or for some other reason? Whatever her lawyers work out with the court over her recent charges....I hope I never end up driving on the same road as her -- we have enough drunk, moronic drivers to deal with as is.

45. Ms_Tell_Like_It_Is - I agree with you. The way they handle drunk drivers in general is a joke. But scr*wing around with the rules of ones probation is a whole other beast.....and it can include random, unannounced searches of your home, drug tests, etc. But I'll bet Paris never had to deal w/ those. They also aren't so lenient when it comes to probation violations. And it usually doesn't include a "Get Out Jail Free" card. Come May 4th we'll see if Hilton pulls all the right strings. In the meantime, it's scary to know she's back on the road again. She needs a 24/7 limo.
