Paris Hilton is so lucky she has a rich father who provides her the best lawyers that keep her from getting convicted of crimes like her infamous DUI because if she didn't, she would be going through a hard right now which to me would be amusing to see the publicity on how she doesn’t get to drive anymore and can’t drive with all her Intoxicated groupies (so called friends). I just recently was convicted of driving on a suspended license about 3 months before I would have had my license reinstated but with my luck and the loud modified Honda Prelude that was inevitable to get pulled over and caught driving illegally. This is probably the hardest lesson I have learned except the lesson every father tells their kids not to lend out money but as usual for any teenager I trusted my best friends and letting them “borrow” an amount more than I would not want to accept as a loss to help them get back on their feet and after months of asking for it to be returned, they didn’t even have the respect to return even a dollar of the money they borrowed.
If Paris is convicted of driving on a suspended license she will be fined around $1000 fee (an extra penny in her little $10000 purse which is about the equivalent to a 5 minute shopping period taken away from her one day), 10 days in county jail, a 3 year court probation prohibiting any violations that are misdemeanors or worse and if violated the driver will receive more jail time, their license suspension time will increase, and will owe another expensive fine. The worst of all these extrinsic consequences a mandatory use of an ignition interlock device better known as a breathalyzer for 1 year which costs $75 a month. This device will not let the vehicle start unless the driver blows a 0.0. This device also makes the driver perform a second blow test randomly after the car has been running for awhile. If the driver fails to pass the blow test or turn off the vehicle before passing the random blow test, then breathalyzer will store a report about the violation and when the device is taken in for its monthly service, the D.M.V will be notified about the violations which can result in citations and/or prolonged license suspension time.
Paris will have a hard time getting around with her friends (moochers for fame) to all the alcohol laden celebrity parties she frequently attends. After my wife made me watch a couple episodes of the show “ The Simple Life 2,” which stars the women of our hour and her famous partner in crime and Paris’s fuel Nicole Riche who are driving across country and work many different jobs for money to eat and return home. After seeing the show I realized that Paris shouldn't be allowed to drive anyway; after driving through fences, over curbs, and driving the wrong direction I wonder if she paid the D.M.V to issue her a license because I can hardly believe that she can drive well enough even sober.

59. Listen, why is this girl so different. The judge is obviously trying to save this fools life. LiL Kim stayed in jail for a whole year for contempt. So what if she kills someone, maybe a child. Everyone is feeling so sorry for this child, and it's obvious she doesn't care about anyone either. Look what happened to Tom Sizemore, he gets the book thrown at him, but because this tart has alot of money and is blonde? She gets special treatment. Did anyone see that movie 28 days with Sandra Bullock???
This is the ROLE MODEL you people want for your children??? Quit your whining and asking for favors. You are not all that, and don't always look for your family or others to get you out of the situations that you put yourself into. Give Us a Break Already!! Maybe we should just call you Miss Wha, Wha, Wha. If they let her get away with this they have to do it to others too.
