64. the most frightening part of his tirade is "I am going to straighten you out. You better be ready." the tone was chilling. What was driving him was his talk of how she shamed him! Clearly he shows all the earmarks of an abusive parent. That was a threat if I ever heard one. That poor girl!

65. All of us seem to be speaking from our own personal experiences and it seems to me that none of us know what is really going on. If we were to take one of our own unfortunate "bad times" and have it exploited for the world to see we could all be made to look like monsters. Maybe we should take a step back and realize that this is a family dynamic that we have no understanding of as we would appreciate others to do for us.

68. Working at a school for emotionally disturbed children...we hear and see parents like you all the time. You might try anger management classes...keep on the way you are and they will be required! How could you possibly think of calling your child a pig...she is a child, you are the pig for using your authority to mentally abuse her. So she missed your phone call, deal with it. A million other single mothers or fathers do. That's what happens when there is a divorce. What did you expect she's 11, how old are you?

69. Based on the last comment it is apparent that people are living in their own world. Obviously his anger and disdane came from the fact that he could not get a hold of her in the first place. So if he were there in person the issue would not have arised.

75. I always thought Kim and Alec were a cute and unusual couple that were way too different for marriage. In the Larry King interview (online) he praised Kim as a mother, he confessed to pretending to be whatever he had to be just to date her, and talked about his bipolar or depression (I do not remember which at this moment), which is why all the problems are still occuring years after their split. Cut everyone some slack here---the child is coping with a parent that has serious mental issues that influence his behavior tremendously, Kim is coping with him and probably trying to protect her daughter, and Alec is probaly all over the place with his mood swings and behaviors---all of which would be very scary for a child. The child comes first---and I guarantee Kim is protecting her child above all else. Life happens in various forms that we sometimes think we understand due to our own personal experiences that appear similar to those we hear about in the media. DO NOT CRITICIZE ANY OF THEM---WE DO NOT KNOW THE STORY BEHIND THE STORY!
