Nobobdy cares why Anna left the country to get away from Larry. I need to know what was so bad. Why. Forget everything else. We the people and the courts just gave custody to a child because people thought he was cute and innocent. We need to know more about Larry Birkhead before final custody is granted. My God if my daughter ran that far to get away from the father of her child I would have to guess she had a good reason. No one is asking the question WHY. We know why she left the mother, now we must know why she left Larry. Please don't say it was the drugs talking in both instances. Anna was too smart. Howard still needs to stay in Dannielynn's life. I don't see a good future for her without Howard watching over her.

Larrys suit for custody in California for paternity was about drugs, Annas love hate relationships with her Mom was about drugs. Mom disapproved of drugs.......Drugs , sex and grifting where Annas and Howie Life...A matched pair of swindlers.

5628. After just hearing on Catherine Crier, court tv, Larry needs to be careful. I wouldn't put it past Virgie or O'Quinn to cause Larry harm. They said this is all about the money to Virgie and O'Quinn. Ok so this could possibly be alot of money. If anything happens to Larry, Virgie gets control of Dannielynn, the estate and can file a wrongful death suit on Dannielynn's behalf. Virgie now wants revenge. Hurting Howard won't do her any good. She needs to hurt Larry. I always was a Howard fan but now I am very very nervous for Larry. Hopefully, he will hire someone to protect him for now and in the future. 5631. I have seen people up close and personal on drugs.For anyone to say that she was smart and knew what she was doing is absolutely the dumbest remark yet! Now we have a mother that is just as crazy ! 5633. NEWS FLASH...JUST IN....Virgie files last minute appeal to STOP Larry....
April 26th
Why, oh why has Virgie, Dannielynn's grandmother "just filed an appeal" in the Bahamas TO STOP Larry from taking Dannielynn to the USA this weekend so Larry's ailing, and perhaps dying father, can meet Dannielynn?
The Bahamian court, today, "gave permission" to Larry to take Dannielynn to the USA today for the visit with Larry's father.
Virgie went against the courts wishes and now has filed an appeal to block Larry from taking his daughter.
I hope and pray that the Bahamian people now finally see that Virgie is after the Dannielynn's future money.
Larry is the baby's father for God's sake...let him have her! Howard is willing and helping Larry...
It turns out that Howard is a good guy afterall.
This appeal is just plain heartless, evil, and cold..
In the demands of her court filings, she is asking to have control over Dannielynn's "Marshal's Estate Money!
Just like I have said from the beginning...Virgie Arthur is in it for the Money...she is writing a book right now ...
...for the money...
Also...SHE JUST MISSED A VISITATION TIME THAT WAS SET UP FOR HER TO VISIT WITH DANNIELYNN...
...guess she does NOT want to visit her grandbaby after all...then it must be the money she is after...the writing is on the wall...

5634. My thoughts and best wishes continually go out to Howard K Stern. Howard obviously loved Anna and was entirely devoted to her. Consider, if Howard had been with Anna for the past 11 years, and he is now 38, he would have been a mere 27 and a young practicing attorney when he became involved in her life and affairs. Howard has given the best years of his young life to Anna; and exactly what did he get out of it? Not much, when one reflects back on it. Think. If you had a son Howard's age, to whom you had given a brilliant career, and 11 years later all he has to show for it is ridicule, suspicion, and facing a dead end, all for the love of a woman, and what "might" be someday; and that son was totally at the mercy of her whims, and then suddenly it is over and he is left to greive alone and under a cloud of suspicion; wouldn't you have the utmost sorrow and compassion for him? Of course you would. Howard, you have my utmost sympathy in the sad loss of your loved one, and in the loss of her daughter that you were so willing to raise as your own. I wish you well. A friend.

My interpretation of why Anna left Larry WAS drug related. I think they had a love/hate relationship; fighting one minute, making up the next. (I don't remember where I heard that from, but it was on tv-not ET.) Anna was taking drugs, which Larry was against. I believe Larry told Anna he wanted to take the baby to the doctor after it was born to check her medical condition, given the drugs Anna took. So in short, he called her on her crap and it freaked her out. She knew she was taking drugs while preggers and if Larry took the baby to the drs., Anna would be found out. (Little did she realize she had outed herself numerous times in her reality show and various awards/red carpet events.)

Yes, Virgie spoke about Anna's drug use also. So we know drugs were at least PART of the problem there. I know Anna spoke of abuse. But as far as I know, family dysfunction is not exclusive to Anna's family. Funny though, Virgie was so against Anna's drug use but did nothing (to my knowledge) to seek guardianship over Daniel while he was under Anna's roof growing up.

I had great sympathy for Vergie from the very beginning. Having lost her grandson, then daughter all within a short window of time. I believed her when she said she just wanted to be a 'grandmother' to DannieLynn. Now with her latest actions, I'm tending to think it is all about the money. I can understand wanting in writing that she (Virgie) would have either visitation or limited custody. But to want financial access to DannieLynn's 'estate' is mind boggling to me. Why, other than money?

5640. Not sooooo fast! That baby has a right to be with someone that she will be safe with and has HER best interest at heart. Larry had all the time in the world to "claim" his prize,Dannilynn,but he didn't. He waited til the time was right, after Howard swooped pregnant Anna off to the Bahamas, then he suddenly gets that "I want to be my daughter's father" feeling.
He didn't go see his baby when she was born,yet he wipes the tears away as he proclaim he had to buy a magazine to see his baby for the first time. Did he even walk into the hospital and try to see that baby. NO, he did not. So, the Saga continues. It ain't over ti it's over.
