Nobobdy cares why Anna left the country to get away from Larry. I need to know what was so bad. Why. Forget everything else. We the people and the courts just gave custody to a child because people thought he was cute and innocent. We need to know more about Larry Birkhead before final custody is granted. My God if my daughter ran that far to get away from the father of her child I would have to guess she had a good reason. No one is asking the question WHY. We know why she left the mother, now we must know why she left Larry. Please don't say it was the drugs talking in both instances. Anna was too smart. Howard still needs to stay in Dannielynn's life. I don't see a good future for her without Howard watching over her.

God forbid! Howard will be in that child's life and that would be very worrisome,seeing what happened to her brother and mother under Howard's watchful eye and duffle bag!!!!! You are absolutely right about Larry Birkhead,though,we need to know alot more about him and especially his and Stern's relationship before he gets anything of this child! I think both of them should be throughly investigated and definitely HKS should not, absolutely should NOT be administrator over Anna's estate. He is incompetent in that area, his expertise seems to lie in carrying around duffle bags and being the last to see dead people alive and then making tons of money off of them with "exclusive interviews" and such! Not to mention he is a squatter.

5642. 5646. After just hearing on Catherine Crier, court tv, Larry needs to be careful. I wouldn't put it past Virgie or O'Quinn to cause Larry harm. They said this is all about the money to Virgie and O'Quinn. Ok so this could possibly be alot of money. If anything happens to Larry, Virgie gets control of Dannielynn, the estate and can file a wrongful death suit on Dannielynn's behalf. Virgie now wants revenge. Hurting Howard won't do her any good. She needs to hurt Larry. I always was a Howard fan but now I am very very nervous for Larry. Hopefully, he will hire someone to protect him for now and in the future. That's real sweet of you to be concern about Larry's safety,although I am sure it is Virgie that needs body gaurds. This is why. Larry and Howard were the "men" in Anna and Daniel's life. Virgie was nowhere around. Look what happened to them! "They" are saying alot of things about Virgie but none of it is anywhere near the reality of what "they" are NOT saying and reporting about LB and HKS. And quite frankly, I am more concerned about Dannilynn than LB and HKS. We know their record. A trial for murder would be more appropriate but if that fails, a wrongful death suit is completely in order.

5643. It is wonderful that Larry and his daughter are finally together and going home. It took another country 2 months to get father and daughter together. It would of taken our country a few years because of all the red tape. I see the Bahamas as a plus. Now we need to see if they get the other part of this story cleaned up. You all know what I mean. Two deaths, especially Daniel's. That should of never ever happened for any reason. That young man was not a "drug abuser." I think Vergie is going to be useful if she follows up on the deaths and she should be allowed to arrange with Larry to see DL and send birhday cards and gifts, just like most grandmothers. She wasn't the best person according to ANNA but let's not forget that all families have their "MUD" and it appears that Vergie wasn't the best--but she could of been worse. Now for HKS!! He is the WORST of the TWO EVILS and shame, shame shame on him. He is not the nice guy because he pats Larry on the back and makes it appear that he is now for him. Leopards don't change their spots!! He is the CAUSE of so many heart achs and grief that he is trying to slither away slowley and hope that he can spare his ass or what is left of it. If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck (come on all of you, you know what that means?) IT"S A DUCK. Call a spade a spade!! HOWARD THE DUCK!!!

5645. I believe that Arthur’s attempts to wrestle control from Birkhead, and those whom Anna trusted to oversee her affairs, show that Arthur has not recovered from her past, but is still actively perpetuating the cycle of abuse that has dominated her family for at least several decades.

You need to go deeper with your analysis. You are doing a onesided propaganda trashing of Virgie on behalf of HKS. Anna was a druggie and trusted,unfortunately,those that did her and her son,the most harm, they are DEAD. Her mother tried to help her, to no avail.
Virgie,and it is clear what she is asking, wants to have some control over her grandchild's interest , in the event of Larry's death,custody, and bring a well deserve wrongful death suit against HKS,and all doctors that were prescribing drugs to her daugher in many names,not to mention those prescribed in HKS name,meant for Anna. Where you get a cycle of abuse from that is downright amazing. What is abusive about trying to protect your granddaughter from unsavory characters that are making money off that child, her mother and her brother, and anything else they can sell of Anna's? Virgie's family of the last few decades are not asking for anything, Virgie is. I don't know if your digging into Virgies family background is correct or even factual, but what does that have to do anyway with Dannilynn and Virgie? Virgie is not responsible for the actions of other members of her family and that includes Anna, a daughter that could have gone places had she not met up with unsavory characters that ABUSED, EXPLOITED, and kept her DRUGGED to the max, sponged off her, squatted in her home,and finally contributed to her death and almost certainly Daniels. Let's try and keep current on "bad people" because THEY are the ones that are vying for a potentially very rich little baby. Virgie's family genealogy has nothing to do with it. Anyone can go back and pull up "good stuff" out of their own genealogy.

Daniel and Anna's bodies need to be sent to America. Texas medical examiners can do the very FIRST autopsies and then Howard will FRY.

Broward Judge Lawrence Korda, cited last month for smoking marijuana in a Hollywood park, will take a leave of absence from the circuit bench beginning Wednesday.
Korda announced the voluntary leave Tuesday morning during a meeting with Dale Ross, the county’s chief judge.
Korda did not immediately return The Miami Herald’s calls for comment, but Ross said he has been in constant contact with the veteran judge since the March 18 citation.
‘’I think a little break is appropriate,'’ Ross said. “I think this will allow issues to sort themselves out.'’
Ross added that Korda, who recently ruled his court had no jurisdiction in the paternity action concerning Anna Nicole Smith’s baby daughter, is currently ‘’in private counseling'’ but would not say whether he is undergoing drug treatment.
Korda’s leave doesn’t surprise me. He’s an embarrassment to the bench, but we’re talking about Broward County where embarrassing judges are par for the course. If Korda had any respect for the position he holds, the judge would retire. Whether you think marijuana should be legalized or not, the simple fact is that a lawbreaker shouldn’t ever be in a position where they decide the law. Anyone besides me see the same problem with Korda if he is allowed to continue being a judge?

5649. An internet search of Wikipedia states that "Howard k Stern gave Dannile the methodone" that took his young life. I want to see Howard tried and convicted for his role in both Anna and Danniels deaths. Shame on you Howard, I hope you see now how wrong you were. I trully suspect that you were blackmailing Anna, after Danny died. You must have some sort of proof that she wasn't supposed to get Marshal's money. Why else would she go through with a fake wedding to a man she considered to be a go-fer. You know how she felt about you and so does everyone else. I'm sure she cared about you, but instead of saying I love you, she always said, _uck you Howard. By the way, WHO OPENED DANNY'S COFFIN AT HIS FUNERAL???
