NO HOWARD DIDNT! ANNA DID.. Larry was going after Anna! she died it ended up in Howards lap! and Larry was a dumb ass going to california and florida to try to get custody he should of went to bahama's to begin with. I agree Howard should of did the paternity test right after anna's death.

Larry may decide that a life of lawsuits is NO life at all!

If the LAW does not find wrong-doing on Howard's part, maybe Larry won't look for any. The same with the inquest of Daniel. Let the court do their work and see what happens. The docs might be the focus of lawsuits.

Larry and Howard may actually need each other! Only THEY have the shared experience with ANS, who was beautiful and charming but a TRASHY, SELFISH BITCH!

80. It's unbelievable that you Virgie-bashers are so nasty toward the biological maternal grandmother, Virgie. So far the paternal grandmother, Judy, has not demonstrated interest in her son's daughter. On the other hand, Virgie is at least out there getting in HKS 's and LB's face. HK$ is a heel. After reading most of your nasty opinions from yesterday about Virgie's personal life, the rape against her by the son of the man who married her mother, Paralee, the birth of other children, etc. Hey, many of you were not even born back when the Beatles hit the music scene around 1963 and ruined youth - and , their relationships with their parents and grandparents ever since. Virgie became a hippie; she is the product of the "free love generation." As you now are becoming aware, it was mostly about Rape and the crime of incest against children. Larry has ALWAYS said that Virgie could be a GRANDMOTHER. If all she wanted was to be a grandmother, she wouldn't have held this up another week. It would have all been tied up in one neat package last Friday, but she wants to sue HKS for $$$$$ and she wants some of the Marshall money. She cared so much that she allowed Splash to go with her to view her daughter's body. That was uncalled for and was done for money. If something should be filed on behalf of Dannielynn, then so be it, but don't make HER pay the price for it. She should have been allowed to get on with her life last week. I am sure that she has caused Larry to think twice about seeing his child now, but she has no one to blame for that but herself.

89. I am happy for Larry Birkhead and the baby...I think Howard in an enabler, I do not think he killed anyone.....

I think Vergie was a mother to Anna, and she wanted a second change with DL. She needs to understand that Anna and that baby are different people. She had her chance to raise Anna...and to be a mom to her. That time has past and no matter what she will never be able to "redo" it. All she can do now is be a grandmother to DL in a grandmother role.....It is up to Karry Birkhead as to whom he wants to be DL guardian in case of his dealth.

Vergi has to understand that she is not DL's only relative now...she is not the only grandmother........she is not the only one who cares for her...and LB should not be forced to give her any special rights.....
One seat or two...he has to decide if she is going to be a lap baby or have a seat of her own.....HMMMMM......

90. Can anyone name one thing, a proven fact and not rumor, that Virgie has done to prove that she "deserves" any rights at all regarding DL? Last I checked grandmothers only have some rights in the absence of both parents. I can't believe this is even an issue.

I kinda have to wonder if Virgie is in need of counseling after losing both Daniel and Anna, both were so sudden and inexplicable. Whereas, I question her parenting skills, I don't doubt her love. She probably wants DL to help her overcome her grief and move on with the only remaining child she has. The only problems are 1) it's Larry's daughter 2) she is probably not emotionally capable of any heavily scheduled visits. She needs to let go and address her own grief.
