Francis "Breaking Down" Under Cop Killer's Taunts

Joe Francis' booking photo. Joe Francis is reportedly going crazy in jail -- literally -- under the withering verbal assault of a convicted cop killer who's going wild, taunting Francis day and night with shouts of "Girls Gone Wild! Joe Francis! Whoo!"

What's more, the pimpresario is having "full-blown anxiety attacks" and is "breaking down," his lawyer tells the News-Herald of Panama City, Fla. He is isolated in a cold cell with only a towel and a blanket to keep him warm. And the poor, poor multimillionaire's plight is being exacerbated by his jail ward-mate, Robert Bailey, who has been sentenced to die for killing a police officer. Bailey, according to Aaron Dyer, Francis' lawyer, "would sit there and yell, 'Girls Gone Wild! Joe Francis! Whoo!"

Last week, said Dyer, Francis missed the medication cart and "went into a full-blown anxiety attack."

Francis is in federal court at this very moment, facing the judge who threw him in the slammer on criminal contempt charges on April 10. Sources tell TMZ that even if he does get released by this judge, he may well be arrested by the county sheriff on charges of bringing drugs and cash into his jail cell, and that he may be picked up as soon as he walks out of court.

32. Well, looks like he will spend quite a bit more in prison after this stint, concidering his legal troubles with uncle sam and the meds and all. I guess in the prison yard, he will be a "virgin" who will have to take his shirt off to please the big dogs. Whoooo. lol. One day it will make for an exciting special of the week movie, for now the bastard suffers.

34. It figures that most of the negative comments about this "sleaze" come from women. But, after checks are cashed, or the offender is not diverse enough for their tastes, they sure love to lash out, don't they? This is called hypocrisy for those that have no idea what is being said. I remember that RKelley was arrested a while back and is awaiting trial for allegedly video taping himself having sex with an under age girl and nothing negative was said about that case. Guess the ladies have no problem with that. What a shocker...not.

38. I've been to jail....and I wouldn't wish it on anyone - not even this guy. He's probably freaking out. And that crap about him being arrested for the pills, etc. won't go very far. First, that's a state charge, so he'll have bail. Second, in the state system good lawyers go much further than in the federal system...in the feds, their hands are pretty much tied.

39. He did it to himself. Has himself to blame. I hope he can adapt, but even after he was arrested, he had money and contraband in his cell, and just made it worse. Then he insulted the judge. I hope he has figured out that he's not special in jail. And can get ahold of himself.

I dont get it .All of you jumping on the man like he did something wrong.I have never seen anyone force the stupid girls in the videos to do anything.They are drunk and stupid and are doing all of their own free will.Now where do these little seventeen year olds ger the nerve to sue him when they obviously did their stupid stunts on their own.What tare they mad about ,that they did'nt get paid or maybe they did'get laid.I think probably the latter.All this guy is really guilty of is making money off of what these stupid girls have been doing all along anyway.So get off his back and let him make a living.I also think a lot of you are just jealous you did'nt think of it first.Way to go Joe
