For a guy who made millions getting girls to reveal themselves on camera, Joe Francis certainly doesn't like it when people try to take snaps of him!

Francis was caught coming in and out of Federal Court in Panama City, Fla., covering his face with folders and shackled in handcuffs. The "Girls Gone Wild" founder pleaded guilty today to one count of criminal contempt, and is facing three more weeks of jail time.

49. I don't know what your system is up to, but it seems like a great idea getting people scared from starting up new companies.

It is a great signal to send to your youth. If you start to build up something on your own, we will put you in prison.

59. He was sentenced to 35 days in jail according to our local news. Panama City sure aint the classiest place to get in trouble... Beaches are great, but you can bet that Florida jail cell is hot as hell, smelly and full of our State's finest meth heads and thugs!!!
