For a guy who made millions getting girls to reveal themselves on camera, Joe Francis certainly doesn't like it when people try to take snaps of him!

Francis was caught coming in and out of Federal Court in Panama City, Fla., covering his face with folders and shackled in handcuffs. The "Girls Gone Wild" founder pleaded guilty today to one count of criminal contempt, and is facing three more weeks of jail time.

61. Joe Francis' legal problems are far from over, this contempt conviction is nothing. The worst for him is yet to come, since his recent indictment for tax evasion by a Federal Grand Jury. There is NO way he will beat a federal felony charge, even with the best attorneys money can buy. No doubt he will end up pleading guilty to one felony count + serve some time in a Federal Detention Center or FPC as opposed to going to trial. That's how the feds boast a 98% conviction rate! Based on his criminal history, he might be eligible for a split-sentence a la Martha Stewart, but he definitely will be facing some REAL federal time, most likely at a minimum security facility in the future for the tax evasion charges. One never wins once the feds have targeted you + Joe Francis is no exception!

62. Let's collect donations for the State of Florida, and maybe if we gather enough money, they will keep Francis. This way, we can pay for his keep, and keep this creep off the streets.

63. He should be in jail he thinks because he has money he play games with the courts? I hope he rotten in jail he will find there someone who will take care of him his show is disgusting he is making monet at stupid college girls expenses he is using them to became rich not class at all I am very happy he is in jail is were he belongs he is a phedohile looking for youbg girls for sex but of course he has money so just taxes put it him there it is shame let it him rotten in jail....

66. I am a retired stripper from NYC you can see a photo if you go to The Penhouse Executive Club.com go to events. Joe is a smart business man he saw an opportunity and grabbed it. Those girls are dying to be on film they will do anything for money or to be recognized. Basic supply and demand obviously men love young girls and spring break will always facilitate an excuse for their behavior. Blame the parents not Joe. If I had good parents I would have never been a stripper. These teenagers know what they are doing they want to play with the big dogs but when they get bit they cry for protection. Just like you should'nt be in the hotel room and then cry rape.
