5. remember that last day in court--he said that after the ruling he would not comment on the case again. he sure kept his word! and, i feel certain the press was after him for a while--so it wasn't easy!

6. I THOUGHT HE DID A GOOD JOB WITH THE ANS CASE. HE HAD A LOT ON HIS PLATE. WHAT STARTED OUT TO BE WHERE TO BURY ANS, JUST TOOK OFF IN ALL DIRECTIONS. HE WAS TRUTHFUL AND WAS VISIBLY UPSET AT SOME OF THE THINGS THAT CAME OUT IN HIS COURT. I ADMIRED HIM WHEN HE ADDRESSED THE WILL STATING WHAT WOMAN IN HER RIGHT MIND WOULD SIGN A WILL LIKE THAT. I ALSO LIKE THE WAY HE CAUGHT HKS ABOUT ANS DRUG USE. VERY SMART MAN. IALSO LIKED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE KNOCKING SOME HEADS ABOUT THE DNA TEST.

9. No matter what our opinion is of the judge , have to give him credit for getting one heck of a lot of information out of his hearing . Information that can be used in any future cases that may come up in respect to the on going saga of ANS .

10. This "judge" should be ashamed of himself behaving as he did in his "kanagaroo court" over the Anna Nicole matter. He totally is responsible for Dannielynn not being able to get to her mother's grave easily. There is nothing I like about him and will not watch him if he gets on TV.
