Hope you never request any legal assistance from anyone in my firm, we are very honest and forthright with our clients, and your comment indicates that you may not appreciate anyone who possess those attibutes. What I posted accurately describes adoption statues (laws to you) and procedures, whether you want to accept it or not. That's your problem.

49. Hmmmm...guess this is one way to get around the adoption laws in Vietnam that STRICTLY prohibit an unmarried man and unmarried woman from adopting any of their orphans. That's the whole purpose of Angelina Jolie going to that country WITHOUT Brad Pitt and swearing up and down to the authorities there her intentions were to adopt the kid as a single parent. And she has the nerve to criticize Madonna for "breaking the laws" when adopting her little orphan. Phony phony phony.....

51. There is no normal childhood in the world today ! Everyone's family is disfunctional to some degree whether they admit it or not.... If a lifestyle can't acomadate special needs children, then I believe it's wise to be aware of it, and choose not to take on what you can't handle. As for someone's past it is just that PAST... Rehashing past flaws and mistakes doesn't serve anyone but those who wish to judge. It's sad that so many are affected by thier choices , which are in fact thier choices... I'm sure if someone decided to look deeper in to the lives of those who condemn them, it wouldn't be exactly a perfect world either lol...

54. Just remember, it was not that long ago she was talking about her heroin use... I think it's a shame she uses children to draw attention to herself. The only reason why she is adopting foreign children is because our government standards most likely would not allow her to with her past. And what happens when Brad wakes up and realizes he was just a pawn in all of this? Does she change their names again? I love how she lied and told the orphanage that she was going to be a stay at home Mom for awhile. She is already working again and her excuse? Oh I meant Brad. Hello he is working to. Take the kids away and give them to someone who will spend time with them, not move them to different cities/countries every few months and not just let them be BOUGHT by a heroin user.

57. I think she needs to treat her own kid as well as her adopted kids.
I think it is cool to adopt,but she seems to give preferential treatment
to her adopted kids as compared to her own kid.

I heard the only reason she had a child of her own is because she wanted to carry one for Brad. I do not know for sure if that is true though.
But i do know that she said American women are selfish because we have our own kids instead of adopting. that is pretty messed up.
My cousin tried adopting,it is sooo hard to do.
some countries make the potential parents live in the country of the birth mother for 18 months,and it is thousands of dollars also.
very expensive to do.
