1231. Thank God that opinionated loud mouth is leaving. Having a view regarding our President is one thing but outright disrespecting him in front of millions of watchers is outright landish. ABC played hard ball for three year contract knowing she would get the boot and they wouldn't have to even pay her one year salary. She is history!

1237. Great!! Fantastic!! I am disabled and The View was one of my favorite shows until she arrived. It's great to know I can stop checking to see if she's gone yet and just watch again.

The way she treated Barbra Walters and the other co-hosts was terrible--if she had stayed it would have been wise for Elizabeth, in particular, to leave. I f Ms. Walters still believes Rozie helped her ratings she should realize that any increase was because people were watching to see what she would say next and how long it would take Disney/ABC to get rid of her. Her behavior is totally obnoxious and hurtful. I hope that once this is over, Barbra will admit she is glad the loudmouth is gone. The View used to be intelligent, dignified and passionate views on the hot topics of the day and turned into "see how loud Rozie can be and how many people she can hurt and disrespect." This 9/11 statement of hers that our own government was responsible for the attacks is treasonous and she should apologize to the American people. THANK GOD SHE IS GONE FOR GOOD!!!! I have missed my View and will be glad to turn in again.

Tell Walters she should look at the poll AOL took that shows the majority (in the 80-90% range) are glad O'Donnell is leaving and the same numbers do not believe The View will flop without her. It is obvious that the majority of Americans want their View back to the intelligent show it used to be and O'Donnell and her big, fat, vulgar mouth gone.

If I wanted to watch a political show it wouldn't be the view. 1239. It's about time. I thought I was the only one who couldn't take that wretched miserable woman any longer. Don't know what she's so unhappy about, but I couldn't be subjected to it ant longer. I even preferred Starr. I used to TIVO it every day because I just couldn't miss a minute of it...but no longer. Barbara Walters has always been a hero of mine and I"ll be glad to be able to start watching the View again,

1240. Rosie is the most sickening, disgusting and vulgar person I
have ever seen. It has been an insult to the audience of
"The View" to have to even look at that woman. Every time
she opens her mouth she spews venom and garbage.
Nothing she says has any validity. Some of her remarks
were traitorous.

What were they thinking hiring that spiteful, mean spirited
and filthy woman. I thought Star Jones was bad enough, but
O'Donnell is an abomination.

1243. If Rosie leaves the view, America will lose. She has been the voice
for those of us that are fed-up with the rhetoric of our current
administration. Based on some of the postings I've read, cheering
for her exit, it is obvious that many Americans would prefer to
remain in the dark and ignore the facts of what our country has
become. The land of the free is quickly disappearing.

1245. I am SOO glad Rosie is leaving!! I am still mad at ABC for letting her get by with all of her bashing of the President, Christians, etc. Imus gets fired, she doesn't even get a slap on the hand with her continual bashings and political agendas. Needless to say, I still am boycotting "The View". Bye Bye Rosie! :o)
