61. Big deal, so he was hurt. Imagine the hurt his daughter felt. Stop feeling sorry for his inappropriate actions. Every time women and men excuse a man for his abusive actions, it gives more and more men the green light to do what they dam well please and abuse continues. So the 11 year old wasn't available to take his call. Cry me a river. She is 11 for goddess sake. Most pre teens and teens could not care less about having conversations with their parents. He should grow up!

Come on people do not buy into Alec's "act" the only thing he is apolgetic for is that he got caught he can blame everone else for putting him in this situation but HE is the one who said those hateful words, Kim has every right as a mother to keep him away from Ireland. from the sound of his voice if he could of got a hold of Kim or Ireland I am sure he would of physically hurt them..
How would Rosie feel if someone talked to one of her children in that tone or those hateful words? She would not excuse it but she is making excuses for Alec..

65. #1 No matter the circumstances, he did not just curse or act frustrated, he acted like a verbally abusive and irrational person, even to the threat as to how he was coming across country for 1 day to "straighten her ass out"!
#2 I am sure his ex is rather bitter and nasty also, but he is acting controlling and like he needs anger management. My own daughter has an ex that is "sweet as pie" in public, but can turn in private on her like a dime!
#3 Rosie seems to want to protect childrens rights, but defends Alec just because he is a liberal friend of hers- no regard for the child, that is the most important issue, whether she is indulged, mean, or whatever.
#4 The child that he and Kim fight over so much has know got to face other kids, friends, the whole world with what her dad raged to her about, and probably the fact that her mom and/or her lawyers leaked it out!

67. Dr Phil said it was very clear to him this was not a first time this child had not answered the phone and he could hear the pain in Alec's voice. He said that Alec did say inappropriate wording but it was clearly a man that loved his daughter.

Shouldn't be at all suprised that they'd allow Baldwin to use the show to promote the psycho babble alienated parent.Boo-Hoo-Hoo lets all pass around the box of tissues as we watch Baldwin perform the role of jilted daddy.

Rosie used the show to try and promote her psychosis about 9/11 being an inside job conspiracy.

The View is starting to look more and more like a twisted estrogen frenzied version of Jerry Springer. All fabricated hype and nothing fact or reality based.

70. The fact that Baldwin went public on the view is another prime example of his hypocrisy and double talk.

***************Didn’t he state after the tape was released. “He’s going to do what Kim is incapable of doing and keep his mouth shut for his daughter’s sake”. One again Baldwin can’t practice what he preaches.

**************And, wasn’t it Baldwin’s camp screaming court gag order last week prohibiting either him or Kim from speaking publicly. And, once again what Baldwin preaches doesn’t apply to him!!

71. UH, show of hands for anyone who grew up in the 70s-80s whose parents didn't sometimes go balistic and call them names. Yeah, I didn't think so. The only difference is that instead of the immediate neighbors hearing it thru the apartment walls, is that we're all hearing it on CNN etc. All parents screw up. You don't become perfect when you have a kid. Just like the rest of us, this kid will get over it. And hey - she's lucky she'll probably get a cool 5 mill on a book option in 9 years.
