How many artist have stolen other peoples songs? about a good 85% of them. The only reaon she's getting so much slack is cause she's perfect and insecure, ugly people hate seeing that. And everybody knows she's always been light skin so drop that.

35. It must be a shock to a pampered poodle like bee-yon-say to have to obey the law. She's probably saying "you mean the laws apply to me, too? But paris hilton & lindsay lohan don't have to..." What a moron. Her explanation as to why she put on her album a song she wasn't legally allowed to does NOT hold water. Basically, she got caught stealing something that wasn't hers, and was forced to admit her theft & take action to lessen a lawsuit.

So much for her "I'm just a shy good girl" image she & her parents have been trying so hard to shove down everyone's throats. You can now see exactly who she is; a typical calculating, manipulative music industry hack. What a hypocritical liar...

36. Personally, I've never liked her variety of way over-produced pop muzak. She's strictly a visual artist (and an awkward one at that). For proof, close your eyes when her videos play, and you'll realize how mediocre at best her voice is.

That video she made for one of her songs, where she was rolling around on the ground, doing some sort of pretend "I love genie" dance, was downright embarrassing (she was so awkward in it, it was painful to watch). I get the feeling that she's not very bright. Proof - she once said in an interview that she didn't know what "bootylicious" meant when they recorded the song & did the video. Yeah; I guess you need to be Einstein to figure that one out...

41. to the people who said she gets lighter, no, she wears plenty of bronzer to look that tan color, that is all fake, when DC, first turned to DC3, they were rehersing for a performance and bey didn't have make-up on and she was see-thru, also,

when she was young and they were doing her make-up for a mag article, b4 the guy put make-up on her, she was white, like powder. she is extremely pale, very pale, like her mom, so she is not geting lighter, she has been putting on a fake tan her whole career,

plz know what ur talking about, before you just answer with any knind of answer!!! she has all white features (pale skin, light eyes, pointy nose/maybe, and thin lips, hips and no ass)including a white marlin monroe body, she only has black people hair

she's pretty, but looks average at the same time

i like her, but is annoyed by her

42. She isn't light or near white. She is light brown. Simple as that. I was a DC Fan from the very beginning - even met them when they first started making the rounds in 96. She is light brown skin. And there isn't anything wrong with that.

You're probably thinking of the light-skinned member who was one of the first three to get thrown out. As a matter of fact, when they did a guest stint on a TV show at age 15 there was only 1 really light-skin member and it wasn't Beyonce. Just watch their performance on Star Search when they were first calling themselves "Girl Tyme" and you will see for yourself Beyonce had some color!

She has gotten lighter over the years because she's always indoors recording or performing, not really out in the sun getting tan. She wears a lot of foundation that makes her appear lighter than she really is and with all of the bright stage lights she looks that way on photos too. But the pic above is just ridiculous.

43. I used to love Beyonce and wanted to be just like her, but she lied to her fans. Why should I give my hard-earned money for a CD or concert ticket and she doesn't even take the time to write the songs she claims to have written?

On her album jacket liners she put her name first as songwriter for:
Resentment,
Irreplaceable,
Listen
Still in Love (Kissing You)
Amazing Grace
Silent Night

But the truth is:
Victoria Beckham sang "Resentment" in 2004 (even she did not write the song)
NeYo wrote "Irreplacable"
Des'ree wrote "I'm Kissing You" (just watch Rome & Juliet w/Leo DeCaprio)
And the Oscars told the world she didn't write "Listen" (she contributed a very small part - 3 other people wrote that song)
Amazing Grace was out before she was born, Get Real!
Silent Night - oh yes people, she actually put her name down as songwriter for SILENT NIGHT!

45. Although Beyonce is very talented, she is not above the law and she never will be. She knew better, she just thought that she could get away with stealing someone elses song. She needs to take a break to tell you the truth, I am sick of seeing her. Let some real ladies make more music, Beyonce think that it is all about her, like she is the only one that can sing, all she doing is a lot of screaming and holling, sit down somewhere, with your phony ass.
