Birkhead Free to Leave with Baby

Larry Birkhead can leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn, at least for now.

A judge has just cleared the path for Birkhead to go to United States with one string -- he must return with Dannielynn for the full custody hearing in June.

Sources tell TMZ that Virgie Arthur objected to the ruling and could appeal. But that appeal may be too late. We're told Birkhead wants out in the next few days.

And there's this -- Arthur's lawyer protested there were leaks in the case, and pulled out several TMZ stories that he said were posted "minutes" after the various hearings ended.

32. Virgie is only the freak'n grandma! What makes her think that she may have more rights than the rest of Birkhead's family? Larry should have the only say in terms of who Dannileynn would live with if he should pass away unexpectedly. If Larry wants to give guardianship to his sister, aunt, mother (if she is still alive), or whomever, he has the complete right to do so.

Glad DL will be able to touch her toes on USA soil soon. You people are truly sick who call Virgie names. She is just trying to secure DL future in case Larry made a bad deal with Howard.

QV website says : Larry B. has registered a trademark for something he has told us that he used to say to Anna in the privacy of the bed they shared. This trademark opens the doors to financial gain from books, movies, internet use etc.

QV, time to update your website and time to make friends with Larry because Howies career of being a professional grifter is about to end.
