Birkhead Free to Leave with Baby

Larry Birkhead can leave the Bahamas with Dannielynn, at least for now.

A judge has just cleared the path for Birkhead to go to United States with one string -- he must return with Dannielynn for the full custody hearing in June.

Sources tell TMZ that Virgie Arthur objected to the ruling and could appeal. But that appeal may be too late. We're told Birkhead wants out in the next few days.

And there's this -- Arthur's lawyer protested there were leaks in the case, and pulled out several TMZ stories that he said were posted "minutes" after the various hearings ended.

78. YEAH!!!!! Congratulations Larry and Dannielynn!!! Hopefully when they go back to the Bahama's on June 9th the court there will see the father is a United States citizen as is his daughter then realize they should give Larry his rightfull custody as father and tell Virgie any custody clain would be out of their jurdisction thereby denying her case.

Don't let that so called Grandma get her hands on her she will just ruin her like she did Anna. My prayers are with you and that darling little girl. I think you are absolutely right - this could be just a bandaid on what is to come - but I think it will give LB a leg up when it does finally come to the custody issue. This is just court granted time for him to take her the US to visit - and to be expected back - in good faith on the courts part. The fact that they denied VA consideration to stop this from occuring says alot for LB - IMHO

84. Disappointing! Now, LB and HKS can start primming this baby to be another Anna Nicole. disappointed in John O'Quinn, also. But, evil always wins in this world, anyway, so am not surprised at any of this. Now, both LB and HKS can buy off the hearing in the Bahamas, also. The name of out justice system is money and always has been. there is no justice in this country and the sooner we all learn this, the better we will be.

88. I am sooo happy for Larry and Danni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Now that that baby and run Larry before Vergie tries to stop you. Larry would not be able to leave if the BC has not been changed. That was what today was about. He also needed a passport for her. Im sure he got that too. The evil has LOST and good has won out. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a damn fool! Go to hell!

90. Good Luck Larry & Dani----just remember to be kind to Howard---let him in Danielynn`s life---I know you have the class to do this. Can`t help but feel sorry for Howard---death comes in 3`s you know---I worry Howard may be the third with nothing much left in his life. He is all alone now.
