The tabloid princess has metamorphosed from waif wonder to healthy hottie and glammed it up with a fab weave and chic short jumper on a trip to Dior in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. Wrong-way Richie got it right!
While the leggy blonde ain't exactly buxom, it's the best Nicole's looked in years! That's hot!

21. At least she doesn't resemble a 12 year old boy anymore. She is beginning to look a bit more like a mature woman...maybe 10 lbs. more would help. It's hard to look perfect, but needs to keep herself healthy at least.

29. Sad, TMZ, that this is the message you are conveying to young America AND to Nicole Richie: "Nicole...healthy hottie..." and "Nicole ...In The Zone".
No matter how you spin it, Nicole is not a healthy weight and any professional will agree that her apparent BMI is alarmingly low and is not, by any means, in her optimum fitness zone.
