Where's Britney's Baby?

Not since Suri has there been a baby mystery of these proportions. We here at TMZ got to thinkin' ... just where has Britney's son Jayden James been? He was born September 12, 2006, and he's really never been seen in public -- except for this shot of his foot.

The only picture we've been able to dig up is reportedly a shot of Jayden, dressed in disguise as a little girl. We can't even verify if that's really him.

It's a whole other Oprah with Britney's oldest, Sean Preston. He's been seen here and there since his birth back in September of 2005.

There are rumors that the divorce settlement between Britney and K-Fed require them not to expose Jayden in public for the prying paparazzi eyes. We've confirmed that is NOT the case.

As for other rumors, we can say for sure that Jayden is just fine and extremely cute to boot.

61. maybe she isn't allowed to see them. whatever the reason she needs to get her life back on track and remember she is a mom. The press is making it hard for her. Thats her fault. When you do reality shows, you invite them in. She has talent, but our daughters have too many sl*t icons the way it is. maybe there is something wrong with the baby and she can't deal with the guilt? My baby died, some of you can imagine what kind of guilt goes through you head. Hopefully she will get back on track. I hope she knows our daughters don't need another sl*t icon. They need a woman they can respect. Good luck B. Spears. you were an a$$ long enough.

62. I can't believe people actually care about this stuff. Let the kid grow up and do something good for Earth and mankind and THEN give them props. Just cuz mom is a strung out ex-singer shouldn't give them fame...just like Paris, Nicole, and every other wanna be "idol"

64. Geez, you people need to get a life and stop ragging on everybody because you wish you had their money. But I guess trashing others makes some people feel superior.

Let's face it, these "celebrities" are only celebrities because you continue to make them so. Ignore everything about them, and poof, they'll be "has beens" in no time.

Put your energy into something worthwhile... go build a house with Habitat for Humanity or volunteer with a good charity or walk in the Race for the Cure, etc. Do something good that can also make you feel good about yourself!

65. Yes, where is Jayden?! He is 7 months old now and we haven't seen him out with Britney once! When Sean was born, Britney brought him out all the time, she was more than happy to show him off. It's very strange that we have never seen her with Jayden. The whole world made such a big fuss over Suri Cruise, but everybody's been quiet about Jayden.

I don't get it. Britney even sold the first pictures of Sean to PEOPLE magazine, she hasn't done that with Jayden. Is there something wrong with him? Where is he?! It's bugging me.

66. I work behind the scenes the industry... and insider gossip is that Jayden James has "Down Syndrome" and it's very obvious. There were talks about her having a photo shoot with the baby for people magazine, but it was canceled because of his appearance. Britney blamed Kevin for his down syndrome and thought his "parting" ways had something to do with it. She later blamed herself and went a little loopy. If all this is true, we can only hope she makes something about this and bring awareness to his syndrome.

68. Hey #11, did you even read your own link becuase that isn't a picture of the "missing baby" that is a picture of her with Sean Preston, the caption even says it, plus Britney was FAT when the second baby was born and definitely not attractive!

69. I'm wondering when this woman/girl finds the time to hold her children. Between club hopping, tanning and dance workouts, when is there time to spend with the kids? Somebody clue this sad gal in to what motherhood's about. It's very, very pitiful.

It has been officially confirmed that Britney Spears son Jayden has Down syndrome. Insider gossip is that Jayden James has "Down Syndrome" and it's very obvious. We can only hope she makes something positive about this and bring awareness to his syndrome.

71. how many other people have there babys rasied by nannys,grandparensts ,sisters brothers and there kids are fine. all this nonsense over brit when there are two parents, do you see her son with kfed, what the hell is with all the double standards, its not like shes the only one making mistakes , its just easer to go after brit and how the hell do you know what goes on behind closed doors, how do you know if she even has them on these day s that she is out . let her be !!!!! would you like to be followed every day photographed, pretty much chased around all day . 72. She is smart they put her through so much hell when she had her first baby that why in the world would she want to go through that again. I think it is good that nobody has seen the baby. Its the smartest thing she has done in a long long time.

74. Britney is trash, her mother -- the woman who was her first role model, who was raising her and teaching her in her most formative years -- is trash. My thought is that she didn't bond with Jayden as much as with Sean Preston because of the mess her life was in (still is) when he was born. And even though we occasionally see a photo of her with Sean Preston, we hear and see 90% of her time spent out and about without either child. Britney is trash. She looks it, acts it, and she herself has made it a fact.

75. In response to No. 70 - Breaking News - You state it has been officially confirmed that Jayden James Federline has Downs Syndrome. Is this really true? If so, who confirmed it and when, and how did you learn of it when nobody else knows this? Or is this caca like your user name cacarazzi? If it is really true, I think we would all like to know because no matter how we may feel about Britney Skanks and her antics and idiocy, we should have much compassion for the baby and all of his family ... yes, even his mother.
