Birkhead's Bahamian Exit Blocked

TMZ has learned Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal, attempting to block Larry Birkhead's ability to take baby Dannielynn to the U.S.

Arthur has objected to a judge's ruling allowing Birkhead to take his little girl to the States, providing that he returns with his baby for a June 9 custody hearing.

Arthur's appeal is unusual to say the least, since she is a grandmother who herself lives in the U.S. Ironically, she is the one who argued that Anna and Daniel be buried in Texas and not the Bahamas. Now, she wants Anna's child to stay in the Bahamas.

There will be public court hearing tomorrow. Stay tuned.

31. I do not believe this. HKS has frightened the media and he is planting this crap. The baby would not be in the BAHAMAS if HKS has moved there with ANNA in an attempt to keep Larry from being the father. Remember he put his name on the birth certificate know that he was not that baby's father.

The only person I know who walks around with Chloral Hydrate handy is Howard. So I guess you want howard to kill Virgie................interesting.
Has he had experience administering fatal doses of chloral hydrate and other drugs?

37. I think at this point, Virgie is just scrambling around trying to figure out how she's going to pay her attorneys. What could possibly be her point in the best interest of this child? Granted, Larry is no prize, but he is the father of Dannielynn. Why would she need a shared or guaranteed custody agreement? What grandparent requires that? Virgie's actions are just dragging this out and driving a wedge in her relationship with Larry.

38. I don't see where DANIELLYNN is any safer with LB He's right in with HK$. They both could had stopped the whole thing with ANS and DANIEL. LB was partying with the whole gang and he is as guilty as HK$. He knew the mother of his daughter was abusing her during and after pregnacy. LOOKS don't make him a good reliable Father.
What will she have to go thru with HK$ and LB you know they have something up ther sleeves. I think LB has kept his mouth shut for the fear HK$ knew a lot on him. I just pray that DANIELLYNN does not live a life of drugs and sex.

Well Nance, do you think maybe your grandfather's opinion of Virgie being in it for the money had something to do with EVERY guest on Nancy Grace being anti-Virgie. The one truly revolting woman (I can't stand to hear her speak) said it's "all about the money honey." Virgie needs to hire an anti-defamation lawyer like Stern and Birkhead. There is not enough available INFO to determine if she is in it for the money. Grace and cohorts were acting like a pack of crazed dogs. Furthermore, I don't believe she would pass up a visitation with DL.

45. Next we will hear how the baby belongs to Virgie and Larry. They had a torrid affair while Anna was out of it on drugs and she is the spawn of that union. Hell, if she can marry her brother why can't she be the real mother of the child of her daughter? Family reunions would sure be a hoot!!!!
