61. IF feminists are so intetested in equality and fairness...why do they say nothing when women are treated like lesser humans in need of handouts and assistance from them? Maybe because they are not interested in fairness and equality.

Children need and want both Mom and Dad. If Mom can't handle that and chooses to eliminate Dad for her own reasons, why does she have custody?

In a divorce, ONLY child support is enforced. Visitation and the needs of an innocent child are not considered important. When visitation is blocked nothing is done about it.

64. There were 2 tapes released that week that were meant to hurt and destroy lives and that was Cho ans this one. Kim is an evil ex who exploited her daughters relationship with her dad to her own malicious benefit. Parental Alienation is a hate campaign which therefore makes it a hate crime. Its no different than teaching people to hate another race or culture but devastating enough in the case of Parental Alienation teaching or manipulating the kid to hate the other parent over your own bitterness. Your relationships with your spouses are not guaranteed just hopeful but a parent child relationship is forever and Psychos such as Kim Bassinger and other sickos go out of their way far and beyond what is right just to be venegful. If you havent gone through parental alienation then you wouldn't understand. Kim doesn't value the family threshold, she doesnt' even acknowledge her own mom so how much do youthink she cherishes herdaughters relationship with her dad. Shes trying make Ireland out to be her. Using the expense of your childs happiness just to get revenge is sick and twisted. AND TO THE MEDIA>>>>>>>>>>>>>>The real story that should be broadcast is the underlying problem which is Parental Alienation. Airing his business was not a solution soif you are not a solution then now you are apart of the problem. He could have easily apolygized to his daughter or he may have called right back to apolygize but that we'll never hear let alone we dont know if he got off the phone in a crying frinzy which most "HUMANS" do when they are that upset. Being that this was the 1st time she tried to expose him then I truly believe he has kept his cool but couldnt take it anymore this last time so she used his anger against him. IF Kim cared for her daughter she could have called some1 close to ALec to make amends to come to a peaceful center but instead she became paparatzi and tried to hurt him. Poor excuse for a mom. You should haveprotectedyourdaughters integrity and relationship with her dad and I hopeIreland is saved from that unhealthy hateful environment and hopefully you'll get some help or dwell in your own bitterness alone.

66. Oh please Harvey, now you are acting so sympathetic to Alec after he said on the view that he did a bit of checking up on the guy that originally posted the tape to the public. I love when he said that he found out that somebody had a few skeletons in his own closet, so it turns them mean and hateful. I wonder who he was talking about, you have any guesses Harvey? Karma, it bites you in the *** everytime. I hope Alec reveals these skeletons, because I feel the public has a right to know, dont you Harvey?

68. First....in case some of you missed it...there wasn't a lot...due to legalities that he could talk about...which is why it seemed he was talking all about himself. Second....as a single parent...I will tell you that at one time or another...before their 21st b-day...you will say something that you will regret. It doesn't make you a bad parent....just a human one. Mr. Levin...why don't you go after Kim? What kind of parent would draw this kind of attention to her child? As a child who was on the receiving end of parental alienation...lemme tell you...it is not something you will ever get over. What your parent does to you....as a way of hurting their ex...stays with you for the rest of your life. As a woman who saw her adult son go through the child custody/vistation thing....the laws need to be changed. Men are not treated equally. Shame on you...Mr. Levin.....for letting Kim use you.....for someone who claims they are so savvy...you dropped the ball this time. Oh well.....what goes around comes around.

70. Many children are disrespectful to adults and others... perhaps because of the example set by elders like Mr. Baldwin.

He is the adult and no matter how trying his daughter is on his patience he is still supposed to act like an adult.

If Basinger leaked it she should face consequences, however, I'd like proof before I condemn her. We've all seen people ready to sell out celebrities & it could have been someone besides her.

However, if he hadn't acted like such a bully, there'd be nothing to leak.

71. I watched the interview today and it's clear he is avoiding responsibility by blaming paparazzi for having issues. I don't believe a word he says. He proved he's a moron during the election claiming he was going to move if Bush won, and unfortunately he lied about that too. Then on the view today he also starts talking crap about his ex wife. Hows that supposed to help his cause or his kid. What a joke!

72. This Mr. Baldwin is an angry. mean, and aggressive boar himself!! The message he left on tape for his daughter was inappropriate and cruel. Although "the system" often works in favor of the mother in custody battles, he has no right to "lash out" his anger towards his child. Now Mr. Baldwin acts as a martyr... a poor man who wants to see his child he loves so much... *sniffle* *tearjerk* yeah right!! Mr. Baldwin: you are a BIG FAT PIG and hope Ms. Bassinger gets sole custody of your dear daughter!!

74. I think he is sorry he got caught ! This was verbal domestic violence, and shows he does not deserve to have custody of his child. It shows he wants to own the child to avoid paying child support, as he could not even remember how old she was.
