Daniel Baldwin Gets a Break in Car Theft Case

16. What isn't known is that Alec Baldwin flew to California every week to visit Ireland when he was working in NY. Never missed a visit, except that Kim Basinger didn't always make Ireland available when she was supposed to. Ditto, the court-ordered phone call visits. No one, including Mr. Baldwin, is excusing his behavior, but Kim Basinger, who frustrated his efforts to see his daughter, talk to her, and then taped the outburst (which she provoked) and then on top of that to maliciously send that tape to TMZ and sit back, savoring Baldwin's meltdown (at her daughter's expense) is beneath contempt! What a destructive, despicable, sick woman! What kind of mother would do this?

As for his brother beating the charges of stealing a car. Well I for one am glad he is not going to jail as he his one of my best paying customers who just happens to be good in bed as well

20. Guess I was a little out of line on my last posts. I am sorry.
Instead of knocking the person down I guess we should be praying for them. None of us know what the Baldwin family went through when they were kids, so until we have walked in their shoes we should be forgiving and pray for them.

22. Remember when it was slang to call a good looking guy a Baldwin? Now a Baldwin whould be a aging guy with a gut and mental problems. I do feel for Alec, and I wonder why nobody is pointing out that airing this tape is just as abusive as leaving the message was. My kid would be mortified having the world hear that, I think the worst of the dammage this kid suffered came from TMZ and "whoever" gave them the tape.

23. This entire family struggles with anger problems !!! So they all have money..so what!!! They are no better then anyone else!!! They are all a bunch of idiots who think thay are above the law!!! Which, they are not & I hope each & everyone get their "just dessersts"!!!!! Whatever this may be!!! They know if they are guilty or not!!! Guilt should be treated as any other person would be!!!! 25. It's my impression that the Baldwin boys are a bunch of white trash thugs that are entirely incapable of obscuring just how base they are. I find it truly proposterous that anyone excuses Alex Baldwin's behavior as demonstrated in his vitriolic voicemail to his daughter. Interestingly, many of those who condone his behavior, conclude that his daughter must have done something to deserve that condemnation when indeed, there is no proof that she did anything. If the rant were not enough, in the guise of an extended apology, he went on The View, apologized for the rant then proceeded to further diminish his daughter's mother. I have no doubt that when Baldwin states that Basinger's mother asked him "What did we both do to deserve this treatment?" or something similar. Women who marry abusers were abused by their own parents. If I had a grand daughter and her father spoke to her like that, I'd never talk to the creep again. I certainly wouldn't call the guy and side with him against my own daughter, no matter what she did. Blood is blood. Baldwin is what you get when you have a mother like that. It is admirable to me that Basinger is willing to put herself for such difficult scrutiny so that the abuse ENDS HERE! Anyone who can't understand that and support her bravery are abusers themselves in one form or other. Is it any surprise that Rosie O'Donnel supports Baldwin? She's an abuser. Bill Maher? A woman hating closet case who is rumored to screw around with hookers? Hmmm, are these people anyone would want on their side?

27. it is refreshing to hear that someone is getting a break, a break to some one eles would mean to fork over alot of money, that okay to, the break from money or just the right thing to do still equals A BREAK.
