64. Larry Birkhead is 34 years old and has never even owned a home in spite of recieving a settlement from Ashley Judd. He rents an apartment for $700 according to the testemony in Florida. If Anna had not ODed he may not have recieved the DNA much less custody. Howard did him a big favor. This is like hitting the lottery for him.
