Lindsay Lohan's headlights were the highlight of the Us Magazine Hot Hollywood party -- arriving to last night's event in a rather titillating top.

Lindsay's tabqueen frenemy, Paris Hilton, wore a less revealing silkish mini, and showed up with a new sidekick. See you later K-Dash!

"American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest looked snappy in a gold lame (that's la-may!) jacket, while one of the show's guest mentors, Jennifer Lopez -- who was honored as Style Icon of the Year -- breezed in wearing a white pantsuit.

The packed party included popucouple Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz -- Ashlee apparently taking eyeliner lessons from Petey -- plus Carmen Electra, Rose McGowan, two former *NSYNCers, the girls from "The Hills," David Arquette and a freshened-from-surgery Gene Simmons.

All this and more in a today's top-heavy edition of Star Catcher.

17. Typical Hollywood, all looks but no substance (unless your talking substance abuse).
I have to admit though, Lindsey has the best rack I've seen in a while.

18. I soooo wish that Pete and Ashlee weren't t dating. She does not diserve to date him. Why can't she just leave him alone and go make out with someone else. He is probbley just bored and wants somone to hang out with. I don't think that this couple is serious and nothing is going to happen. He doesn't like her. He is just confuse and has no idea what he is doing. Sooner or later,(hopfully sooner) someone is going to dump the other person(hopfully pete dumping ashlee) and Pete will be single again.
