47. Thank goodness! Now Larry can bring his baby back here to Kentucky for a visit with there family where no one will bother them and let the two of them finally get some peace they both deserve. Bring her home Larry!

48. HOORAY !!!!! It's about damn time. I'm so happy for Larry [that cutie pie]. At long last, he is free explore the daddy side of him. As for that Vergie woman......she had no leg to stand on at all. This was truly a waste of the court's/judge's time. I agree with another writer, she should have been slapped with a more substantial penalty for wasting people's time. The baby is one of the cutest babies I have ever seen [identical to the father]. I wish them both a lifetime of joy, happiness and good health!

51. Kudos!!! To the Bahamian Judge for seeing Virgie for what she is~~~~~~money-grubbing! One could dub her "Money-grubbing Grandma!!" It is very sad that Virgie has to do this, and givies the reason has being, she wants her granddaughter to "grow-up with the same family values as her mother." HUH!! That statement alone could have been the 'straw that broke the camel's back". I am so thrilled that FINALLY! Finally!!! Dannielynn Hope Marshall Birkhead will be able to grow up with a loving father and KNOW real stable "family values" Virgie was so worried about.

53. I wonder if Virgie will stay in Bahamas as she seems to be trying to have residency to see if they would go by their laws and give her joint custody. I guess not as the Judges there pretty much have told her she will not be granted that. and if she wants these things she should go to the USA and file. Yea!! Finally someone who makes sense.

59. Virgie will have a very hard time in Kentucky getting any "RIGHTS" to Dannilyn. Kentucky's law is "BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD" and quote -( grandparetns have no "rights" under the KY statutes. They only have the right to sue to attempt to obtain visitation rights )..... anyone intersted look up Kentucky Statue under Grandparents rights.

60. Too bad it didn't cost her more money. Her attorney, O'Quinn, is so unattornish in front of camera's, making unfounded accusations,I wonder if he's an attorney at all. If only the US courts did the same, doing this would make people think twice about wasting the court system's time.
