"Weak" Virgie Defeated in Court -- Larry Finally Free to Go

76. Congrats to Larry and Dannielynn. I'm a grandparent, too, so I was somewhat sympathetic to Vergie, but OMG, enough already! As long as she gets visitation, which Larry says is no problem, so should be happy and quit filing stupid appeals. I'm glad the Bahamian court fined her. Granted it was a slap on the wrist, but maybe she'll get the message.

In reality, there will probably never be any money from the Marshall estate. So if she's only in it for the money, which is looking more possible, shame on her! She should be enjoying the baby, not seeing her as a big old dollar sign!

77. O'Quinn has lost THREE appeals! Appeals Court in Florida, in the Bahamas for the funeral, and now for the baby staying in the Bahamas.

O'Quinn, himself, is being sued for slander and defamation of charaction by HKS.

Virgie has had a nice vacation in the Bahamas at O'Quinn's expense. She owes her previous Bahamian lawyers, now Audrey Rose, and the godfather, O'Quinn.

For the record:

Virgie did not ignore a visitation with the baby. She visited with the baby for an hour with Larry at a law office, Saturday I believe. Howard sat out in the hallway. She allegedly got some personal photos with her own cameras and has not, as yet, released them to any tabloid.

O'Quinn can buy her a one-way ticket to Texas WITH her husband.

78. I AM SO HAPPY FOR LARRY AND DANNIELYNN. I HOPE HIS FATHER IS DOING WELL AND THEY HAVE A GREAT VISIT. DANNIELYNN WILL BE MEETING LOTS OF LOVING FAMILY MEMBERS. I AM SURE LARRY WANTS TO LEAVE THE BAHAMAS ON GOOD TERMS BECAUSE I AM SURE HE WILL WANT TO RETURN WITH DANNIELYNN TO VISIT HER MOTHERS AND BROTHERS BURIAL SITES. Next week (May 4) all eyes surely will be on
Louisville native and Hollywood celebrity photographer Larry
Birkhead, who's returning to the gala where he met Anna Nicole Smith
in 2004. (Yesterday a judge gave Birkhead the OK to leave the Bahamas
with his almost-8-month-old daughter, Dannielynn, so long as he
returns with her for the full custody hearing in June.)

The proud papa — who is not bringing the baby to the bash, mind you — will
work his camera and snap celeb pics as he's done at Barnstable Brown
galas past, though the paparazzi are sure to snap back now that he's
a pop-culture phenomenon.

I could have told her that she would not get custody of her granddaughter.

If that is the case, why did she give her husband custody of her children.

No, Miss Rosa is just getting paid and Virgie is just wasting money.

If Dannielynn were to ask her grandmother in the future, " why did not her maternal grandmother or family fight for her," Virgie can now say, "I did,' but the government told me "NO."
