"Weak" Virgie Defeated in Court -- Larry Finally Free to Go

1036. Thank God at least one legal system in the world has some sense. Anna Nicole hadn't talked to her mother in years and there is no evidence whatsoever that Larry Birkhead would be an inadequate father. I can't believe Virgie's lawyer didn't bitchslap her client for suggesting this fight...then again, she was dumb enough to try to argue it, so there you have it. There is no reason Birkhead shouldn't have his little girl all to himself. Screw Virgie.

4) Really can he block the inquest? LOL not hardly. He's petitioning the court to have attorney's present questionnaires for perspective jurors to fill out. Something I'm sure his attorney's advised him to do.
5) You've never kept an appointment win someone you know is sick, but appears to be recovering?
6) You said yourself he was out buying a boat, so who did give them to her? As you indicated he wasn't even there.
You could speculate all day, but in the end it's just wild imagination.

I have a question for Vergie if you were so concerned that Stern would harm your grand daughter why did you do what you do to keep that baby in Sterns home, If I was in your position I would ahve done anything to get that baby from his care... O Quinn after Larry was said to be the is teh bio dad said something like it did not matter you were going after the baby cause all he ever was was the sperm doner, and after all you were the grand mother. I know no other grand motehr who would do what you have done, a child on drugs etc thats another story, but to go after Larry's child when he had stepped up to the plate that was wrong ,wrong, wrong. I hope he makes you pay all his legal bills from now on for this fight....

Point # 1, Mission UNACCOMPLISHED
Point # 2. How many other celebrities are dead and have a lawyer mooching off of them, their only "job" and pretending to be their clients lover, their clients child's father,the last one to see their client's son alive, the last one to see their CLIENT alive? How many other celebrities are feeding their client drugs ,filming them drugged up, ,making money off their clients death? One or two of these would be maybe explainable ,,,MAYBE
Point # 3. After someone is murdered, you don't sell exclusive rights to their funeral, you don't give a eulogy and make it all about you and trashing ANYONE,especially that dead person's FAMILY, unless of course you have a "motive". You don't unless you are Howard duffle bag Stern!
Point # 4. He is trying his best to block it because he knows his ass is guilty and no one in the Bahama's beleive that boy "just up and died" while HKS, had a duffle bag in the room.
Point # 5. When someone you know has injested lots and lots and lots of drugs that were prescribed in your name, they are bed ridden and running a 105 degree temp, you take them to the hospital. When you have to help someone to the bathroom because they are tooooo weak to go by themself,,no, you don't leave them,,unless you are Howard K Stern and knows he has to be "out" , so he keeps his appointment that he knew he had and could have postpone it. But not Howard K Stern and he couldn't be in the room when she was found "dead".
Point # 6. Howard couldn't buy a boat because he didn't have any money, remember? Anna was sick before she left the Bahamas, He had a very,very, good "reason" to be out "buying" a boat,now didn't he?

Wrong on both counts.
Anna called her mother when Daniel died, the phone suddenly went dead. Daniel told the Private Eye that Howard had given orders that when he called to hang up, Anna couldn't talk to him.
Larry is totally unfit as he sat in the hospital room where Anna, very pregnant, with HIS baby, trying to get off drugs,,,he testified under oath, that HKS had a duffle bag with drugs and was giving them to Anna and LARRY DID NOTHING TO STOP IT?!!!!!! You call that someone fit to raise that child? Not me!

1048. Vergie is the Mother of Anna Nicole. The next of Blood kin to her.No matter how you slice it. Vergie is entittled to involvement in her late daughter's will and a life with her grandchild. The will is flawed and will be challenged in court.Larry is the Father, no one question's that any longer.Vergie worked hard every day and took care of her family. She raised daniel for the first 7 years of his life.She has always been there for Anna. Keeping family and freinds away caused a rift in their Mother/ daughter relationship. What does she want?? To be recogned as Anna's Mother and family,treated with the respect and dignity that her enemies are working very hard to keep from her. She wants her share PERIOD!

1050. Virgie, on your tv interview you said you are not interested in the money. You want to be appointed, along with someone from Larry's family, to make decisions on how Dannilynn should be allowed to spend her money. You stated that Larry was just a young man. You used example 'what if Dannilynn wanted an expensive car at 14?' You wanted to have say in whether she should be allowed to get it. First of all, Larry is 34 years old and not a child. Do you think he would do anything to jeaprodize the well being of his child now, or 14 years from now? That is a piss poor excuse you used for wanting to get your hands on the money. I'm sure Anna would trust Larry's judgement over yours, any day. Why don't you leave him alone and let him parent?
