Britney Spears doesn't let a warning for speeding keep her down -- partying in Hollywood the night after cops pulled her over with a warning. Dressed in her best cowgirl getup, Spears was spotted leaving Teddy's at the Roosevelt Hotel late Saturday.

TMZ spotted Kanye West leaving Mr. Chow, stopping to pose for a quick photo with a fan while avoiding one photog's question about President Bush.

Sushi shop Koi was the place to be this weekend though -- with stars like the pale Anne Hathaway, Nickelback frontman Chad Kroger, Colin Farrell's onetime sexcapade partner Nicole Narain, Nicollette Sheridan with fiance Michael Bolton, and David Spade -- who played dumb to TMZ's existence.

Also out were Gary Shandling, Kato Kaelin and "Urkel" himself, Jaleel White. All this and more in today's wasabi-hot weekend edition of Star Catcher.

19. I am so freakin' sick of seeing her on this web site 15 times a day! For the love of all things great & beautiful, why is she out every single night? Yes, I do understand that parents need a break. I'm a parent & I too enjoy time away from home, but when my kids were little I was home with them every night. My kids are 16 & 19 now so they have their own lives, but I'm still there when they need/ want me!! Kids tend to wake up in the middle of the night & want their mom to come in & check on them & give them a kiss to make it all better. I guess Brit's kids expect the nanny to come in & check on them & give them a kiss. So very sad. I'm also sick of these foolish people who defend her & her actions. My Lord, she's a poor excuse for a parent.

20. What the hell is this stupid little girl expecting to find at these parties she's going to all the time? Is she expecting to find her next 3 minute boyfriend (who will tell all the tabloids about "how much in love they are")? Is she going to drink again? Is she going to be seen (which is a PATHETIC thing for someone like her to do, given that she has 2 kids at home & is thought of as a joke)? What?

Instead of trying to be a social butterfly disposable party toy (with 2 babies at home, by the way), what she ought to do is get out of the limelight for a while, until her hair has grown out, she's calmed down & has grown up. At that point, once the trainwreck she calls a life has blown over, she can re-emerge back onto the scene, and will be accepted for a mature adult. This constant party going, with a wig & a hat on, just reminds me of a panicked little girl, holding onto something she once did but which did not serve her well.

24. I hope Kevin takes them from her. The only reason she had the first child for him is because shar had children for him and she was jelous. and the second one was a ops. She didn't really want kids.
