Guns N' Roses $ued in Jersey

TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed in a New Jersey court against the members of Guns N' Roses, claiming they have not paid the logistics company hired for their 2006 tour.

Starlift Logistics alleges they were hired to provide transportation and touring services for the band by Black Frog touring and LL Management -- both companies that arrange touring on behalf of Guns N' Roses. Starlift also supplies sets, stage production items and musical instruments.

According to the court document, founding member Axl Rose, and others owe Starlift over $107,000 in unpaid bills.

Attempts to reach a rep for Guns N' Roses was unsuccessful.

17. I don't understand why people trash him like that. Sure, he should have payed and has had a nasty attitude in the past, but that doesn't change the fact that he has an amazing voice and incredible talent.
I am one of their biggest fans, still listening their songs after all these years, and I think Axl can manage without Slash, but Slash can't without him.. I mean he can, but that has nothing to do with Guns. Axl's voice is what makes their music so special. I can't stand that Velvet Revolver's lead singer...

18. He made wrong choices,no doubts about it.......but I love his voice. long time ago he was damn hot too! And yes,I still have their cd in my car and I love to listen to them,good memories

20. Ah, bless you, fellow Axl-defenders. Best voice, best front-man, best performer EVER. Maybe not always the nicest guy in the world, but most talented, complex, and responsible for two best live shows I've ever seen. (yeah they were 15 years ago, but still...)
