Supermodel and former Rod Stewart wife Rachel Hunter, was, um, grabbed in this romantic shot with hockey hunk Jarret Stoll.

The Edmonton Oiler, 24, and the former Playmate, 37, were laying out in Palm Springs this weekend, where they were seen smooching and, er, feeling the love.

Hunter and Rod Stewart divorced last year after sixteen years and two kids. Looks like she's recovered quite nicely.

39. So a former junior player, and supposed friend of Stoll told me last weekend that he was dating Hunter for about 2 weeks earlier this year... Jealous of his friend, half true, or just full of crap??? Supposedly, Stoll was not jealous either... Hmm you really think this is true?
