Birkhead and Baby Back in Larry's Old Kentucky Home

I don't know it all, but I try to follow the facts, and I don't say "this probably happened" and "that probably happened", and then get mad when
someone says what really happened. I might state my thoughts on
what I think about what DID happen. Larry and Anna were NOT at
Ben Thompson's home in SC when Larry introduced Anna to that family,
and it was stated they were in Florida.

Also, it has been said many times that Howard and Anna went to
SC where they then solicited support and help from Ben and from
Ford because somehow (Howard?) they decided to flee to the
Bahamas so Larry could not have any part of the baby's birth nor
lay claim to her as the father.

In that instance Anna was more or less pandered for help, money
and a place to stay, since she had an "affair", and I use the term loosely, with Ben Thompson, who had money. In fact, Ben even gave Anna and Howard money to spend, and paid for the expenses of the house and the utilities.

Ben was willing to deed the house to Anna, but not until she PAID
for the house or set up her own payments on the house. The actual
deed to the house was never signed over to Anna, who evidently
was under the delusion that Ben would just let all that slide and give
her the house without her paying for it. She obviously was in a
pipe dream thinking someone should give her a million dollar house.

There wasn't any "what probably happened" about Anna and Larry
having a disagreement about his not getting her some sunglasses,
and that fence was never mended. It had nothing to do with Ben Thompson, although Larry was not happy when he was told about all the men Anna had consorted with. I am sure Howard was thrilled when Larry and Anna split, and he apparently influenced her a great deal against Larry, against her mother, and against anyone who might interfere with his plans.

In my opinion the biggest mistake Anna ever made, both for herself and for
Daniel, and also for the baby, was when she moved to the Bahamas.
That is when her life plunged to nothing, and then to death.

Thanks for the information. We both believe in truth
and deplore evil.

ET has done some really loathesome things, and especially
to Mrs. Virgie Arthur. They slant the facts and distort the truth.
I don't know how they can live with themselves. They trash
people. They delight in showing unflattering pictures of men
and women, and anything they can show and say to humiliate
people. They do all that with a fake smile, and a chirpy voice.
Pretty sick, I would say. Of course, people who sell them what
they want, despite the indecency of it, they make that person
look good, by using their lies to embellish and enhance him.
You know what I mean.

I am so thankful precious Danielynn is in beautiful Kentucky where
she is loved and protected! It won't be long before she will also
see her Grandmother Arthur. All things will come together despite
how people try to hinder success.

948. I am so happy that baby found a "sound" parent. Instead of a drug addict parent like her Mother. Rest in peace no offence. It is plain to see Daddy is not only handsome young but loves her to fight for her custody. I hope Larry gets paid lots! this way he will have plenty of money for the baby and himself for all his pain and suffering of not participating in his baby life before birth and at birth! He was left out that needs compensation. Also, I hope Larry gets whatever money he can from the Baby's marriage to the millionaire man who left baby's Mom a sweet inheritance. She was a very beautiful woman and I am sure he wanted Nicole to end up worry free of money problems. In the end the just win it all. :) I love you Larry. Too bad I am 53! 949. Does it really matter where Larry's money is coming from? It's not anyone's business, as long as he's not selling drugs or robbing banks. He's an honest successful photographer, and if he needs to sell pictures to the tabloids or which ever magazine to support his child, then he should! I would if it were me.
As for Howard K Stern, he is NOT a killer!!! I wish people would quit accusing him. That man was good to Anna and Daniel. He was more of a father to Daniel Smith than the biological dad.
He was very supportive of Anna. He tried his best to console her when she lost her beloved son and he too felt the pain of losing him. I could see it in his face, that it was a genuine feeling...because he really cared about Daniel.
As for Virgie Arthur...I can clearly see now, why Anna despised her.

950. I agree with post 945. Virgie is not interested in being a grandmother, it's all about control of the money. Larry is a caring & loving father to his sweet little angel Danni girl. As any good father who loves his child, has her best interest at heart.

951. Hi Jane, here's the answer I know about all your questions.

He's gotten paid 1 M for the exclusive interviews for Access Hollywood, the flight flight on private plane from the Bahamas to KY, was also provided by them.
Half of this money will go to Debra Opri, which represented him during the beginning of this extensive journey in two U.S. states and a foreign country, the Bahamas.
Besides he owes his other attorneys fees and which he will be able to pay for now.

He does not although, have a place in the Bahamas. Howard is the one trying to get that other house, and the boat, that Anna Nicole left him as her personal friend and executor of her will.

The apartment Larry keeps in L.A. I believe is very modest. I have also heard that it is a condo and not an apartment. Perhaps he owns it. As for him living off his baby, he never intended to do so. It was ANS and Howard's behavior that sent him on this ridiculous, sad wild good chase for the past 11 months. I believe he is entitled to some of that money that she left because he had to file all this paperwork through his lawyers in order to get hiw adorable baby back. It is one of the hardest cases of family law and custody battle I have ever seen anywhere! I can just imagine how mentally exhausted and emotionally drained he must feel. He has fought for this child with all his heart. I wish him and Dannielynn, and his future wife, only WONDERFUL things.

He certainly deserves them! Oh! and I believe he's also getting a book deal for about 1M as well. Weeeeeeeeeell deserved Larry. I cried when it seemed that you would never get that DNA test taken from the baby. Praise the lord you got that girl!!!

953. I feel that if Larry had not buddied up with Stern he and Virgie would not still be in court. I do not trust Howard and now I hope that Larry buddied up with him just long enough to get his baby without the hassle. I hope he will free himself from him now that he is home. I also could not believe on ET when Larry told them Daniel was into partying all the time. Was this part of the deal??? To make Daniel look bad at the inquest????

954. God Bless you both, and all the extended family little Dannielynn is now meeting. I hope there is some magical way that you can raise that beautiful baby girl in a manner somewhat close to normal. I have to agree with the comments about Virgie. She really showed her trashy, money grubbing, 'what's in it for me' , low-life self! Anna had her reasons for banning her mother from her life, and for those same reasons, I would like to see her banned from Dannielynns. She grabbed on to all the free air fare, lawyers, media exposure, etc. I can't help but believe that her desire for Anna & Daniel to be brought to Texas, was so that she could charge a fee to see their gravesite, and her attempt for custody of the baby was to get her extremely trashy-looking self some $$$$, not because she wanted what's best for the baby. Larry, may you and your sweet girl live a nice, quiet, healthy, happy life, with no one bothering you!

955. Larry, congratulations . You have always said that Dannylyn is your baby. All those people implying that money was the issue, seem to have forgot that you started your fight before anything happened to Anna. Money was never behind you wanting to be in your daughters life. I personally always thought she was your baby, she looks so much like you. I also think that you are a good guy and that you will always put her ahead of anything else. My prayers are with you and your daughter, and I hope that you will both find happiness and peace.

956. I think Lary is a decent guy, trying to make a life for his daughter. Does anyone ask you how you pay your bills or who is paying you? He has said he will set up a trust for the baby with the funds he receives, but that's NONE OF OUR BUSINESS!!!!! He will support his daughter just as we support our families. I, personally, would like to see him settle in Kentucky and steer clear of Hollywood. But then it's none of MY business, is it?

959. Congratulations! Enjoy every moment with your daughter. Stay in Kentucky as long as possible so the whole family can bond. That is so important. As for Virgie, supervised visitation ONLY for the time being. The very best for all of you.

960. larry you made comments on vergie i guess you will not help her get her justice. that baby is the daughter and sister of the ones vergie wants justice for .shame on you. hks is not your friend he decided to be your friend when he was thrown out of court trying to block your dna. what else was he going to do but say i will help larry ? he is not a good man. you i believe are a good man(or at least i did) why would you in any way, shape or form trust howard ? vergie wants justice. you are a father now ,you know that love you have for her thats a fathers love . vergie even though she did not speak to anna had a mothers love. the reason she was kept out of annas life was because like you she did not approve of the drugs . the only one who approved was your friend. they were in his name.
